According to my own experience and observation, I find out several representative reasons and make a simple analysis, hoping to help students in need.
First, correct mentality.
Mentality determines the state of life. Only with the right attitude can we feel the happiness of our existence, life and work, and everything we do is taken for granted. We should also learn to compromise, compromise to the workplace and compromise to reality. Never have such a sense of superiority as "how am I doing at school" or "I have a higher education than your current employees". To know that enterprises want practical talents, enterprises should see whether you meet their requirements. The probation period is the starting point of work. If you have a bad attitude, you will look at the ocean and sigh, regardless of the overall situation of employment, and do things in a down-to-earth manner. Even if there is a good opportunity, how will you "knock"? If you don't develop a good work style, good opportunities will not favor you.
Second, turn passivity into initiative.
The purpose of college students' internship is to acquire practical knowledge. During the probation period, although you are a newcomer and have no work experience, as long as you do your best and are willing to learn, the company will like such people and the boss will give you the opportunity to display your talents. Therefore, when looking for internship units, we should objectively and rationally find those units with depth and breadth to practice, and gradually refine and improve our professional gold content and competitive advantage. If we can turn passivity into initiative, then the meaning of work and growth will be truly reflected.
Third, do things seriously and get rid of bad habits.
Never form bad habits such as being late, leaving early and asking for leave. These are all formed in universities. As a common practice, people feel that they have no professional quality and it is difficult for them to become candidates for long-term training by enterprises. Especially in the probation period, because it has not been decided yet, some students will inevitably check the recruitment information online and even take time off to attend the interview, which is the biggest taboo! These tricks must not be fooled by the boss! Don't say these "eye-catching" things, that is, you are doing things and the boss is watching. If you prevaricate, delay, and perfunctory things, and bring losses to your work, the boss can see it. Therefore, no matter what happens in the future, we must overcome our careless habits, develop a down-to-earth and serious attitude, and leave the impression of dedication.
Fourth, learn to face jobs you don't like.
When the boss gives you a job, you may rarely "like it". I like a job with little workload every day and a bonus at the end of the month. Where can I find it? Whether you can do something you don't want to do well is a sign of a person's maturity and an important factor in whether a person can succeed in life. Therefore, we should not only complete every job that belongs to us, but also do things that we don't want to do. To see if a person has a sense of responsibility, we should first look at how he treats those things that you don't want to do. If you want to succeed, you should try your best to do it well, and don't think things are too simple, or think that it is a "waste of talent" to do those "pediatrics" with your own high education. Remember: you should adapt to the environment and society, which will never adapt to you. Of course, working in McDonald's, and one more thing, smile.
