Experience of metalworking engineering training in universities (5 selected articles)

When we are inspired and have a new view of our study and work life, it is very necessary to write an experience, which can help us understand our study and work life during this period. I believe many people will find it difficult to write the experience. The following is my experience in metalworking engineering training in universities (5 selected articles) for reference only. Welcome to reading.

University metalworking engineering training experience 1 One-month metalworking training is over. In the past month, I feel that I have gained a lot from both the teacher and the content of my study. I really appreciate this experience.

For metalworking practice, I think it is necessary to experience it as an engineering student. An engineer's experience of not touching factories and machines is incomplete, so the metalworking training course of the school provides us with such a platform, so that we can fully understand factories, tools and machines, and then understand and love them. Metalworking practice is of great help to my machine operation, my hands-on ability and my understanding of tool application skills.

The process of practice can really experience a kind of happiness. Of course, there are always troubles. It can be said that the whole process has been painful and happy. Every job now seems to be vivid, and the happiness and pain are more cherished. For example, during the training of the first job locksmith, I tried to file every piece of iron, but there were problems with filing here and there. As a result, the first workpiece was much smaller than others', so naturally it didn't get a higher score. When I was making the second workpiece, I kept asking my classmates and teachers around me how to file it flat enough, how to file it well and how to use it. They all gave very patient explanations. In three days, I gradually learned about the use of files, saws, etc. Finally, I have a certain understanding of the tools, and the works I made are finally similar.

The casting left a deep impression on me. Maybe I took things too seriously, and the teacher suggested that I should fill the sand more tightly in the mold, so I rammed the filled sand again and again, wasting a lot of time. When others have started to fill the sand in the second mold, my first mold has just been filled in half, and finally I am busy with the whole process. When we finally finished grading and cleaning, I found that the ones I filled were as hard as bricks. I found that this was not a good thing. Pay attention to quality on the one hand and speed on the other.

There are also computer aided design (CAD), wonderful shapes and wonderful shapes. I didn't expect to learn to understand so soon. Of course, I also want to thank the teacher for his detailed explanation and help!

The experience of metalworking engineering training in university 2. Metalworking training is a basic course with strong practicality, which is of great significance to cultivate our practical ability. But also made us understand the traditional and modern mechanical manufacturing technologies. As a non-mechanical major student, but cars and machinery are actually the same, it is very important to learn theoretical knowledge well, but the practical ability is also very important. We college students usually have less opportunities to do it ourselves and poor practical ability, so it is difficult to adapt to the demand of all-round talents in the future society. The metalworking training course has brought us students of science and engineering training opportunities, and it has helped us a lot to get out of the classroom and experience it in the workshops of various workpieces and machines. During the training, I participated in lathe work, welding work and locksmith successively, from which I learned a lot of valuable things, which made me learn things that I couldn't learn from books and enhanced my hands-on ability.

The first metalworking training is very new to us. After one or two English classes in the morning, we set off for the training base with great interest. In the metalworking workshop, the teacher explained the significance of metalworking training, curriculum arrangement and safety issues in the training process.

The first job I came into contact with was a lathe worker. The lathe operator uses the rotation of the workpiece and the movement of the cutter to process the surfaces of various revolving bodies. Next, the teacher asked us to make an automatic turning lathe with a diameter of 20mm, so the tool can only move forward 10mm. We should master the operation sequence skillfully: first, align the tray with the workpiece at the zero position, and adjust the tool to move forward10 mm when the tool moves forward. Then, start the car and wait for 3/4 hours. After several trainings, we have become familiar with this operation. Although it looks simple, it is only after doing it that we know that the tiny gap has caused the quality of the whole part. 1mm usually feels small, so it doesn't matter, but I didn't know how much error there was in 1mm until I machined the parts on the lathe, not the error.

After the lathe worker became a welder, I saw the flashing electric sparks in the construction site countless times. I knew it was welding. I thought it was easy to operate, but it wasn't. This is much more difficult than I thought. The odor and dazzling light produced by welding are harmful to human body. We started the operation of my welding machine with a protective cover. We learned from the teacher that the angle of covered electrode is generally between 70 and 80. Of course, the speed of transporting covered electrode is even. However, in actual operation, we often slow down, and it is difficult to maintain a uniform speed, so the welding result is very uneven. Some places have short residence time, poor welding and cracks. It's not good where you stay for a long time. During the practice, I often stick covered electrode on the iron plate. Looking at the red covered electrode, I feel anxious. However, after repeated experience, I have mastered some tricks. This time, I realized: don't take one thing too simple. Only when you have done it yourself can you know the secret.

To the last item, it is also the hardest one-fitter. Looking at the vice installed on the workbench and various tools placed on the left and right: hand saws and various files, we know that we should use our own sweat and hands to make hammers. Next, we began to clamp a cylinder in the vice and started the work of filing hammer according to the teacher's route. At first, I didn't seem to make much progress in sawing iron. Later, under the guidance of my teacher, I soon felt the feeling of "sawing wood with a rope". Next, I have to file the surface of the iron block with a file. During the period, I watched the hammer become smooth and glittering. Although my hands and arms are very painful during this period, I can't say how happy I am to see my hammer change day by day. On the last day, the hammer was finally produced. Looking at it, thinking about the course of a week seems to have really grown up a lot. This is a DIY process. Although it is not up to standard, I really appreciate the importance of that kind of hands-on.

The experience of three years' metalworking engineering training in university passed quickly, and three weeks' training time passed in a blink of an eye. During this time, I learned a lot that I couldn't learn in school, and I also realized many of my own shortcomings, which benefited me a lot.

Metalworking Practice is a basic course with strong practicality, and it is also an important required course for engineering students to carry out engineering training, cultivate engineering consciousness, learn process knowledge and improve their comprehensive quality. However, as engineering students, we have never received serious formal engineering training before. Personally, it is probably because of long-term neglect that my engineering consciousness is relatively weak and I have not paid enough attention to the essence of this engineering thinking. At the same time, in actual operation, it is far from meeting the requirements of the work. In fact, as a freshman, it is unscientific to have direct contact with advanced professional knowledge before studying professional courses. Therefore, the school led us to carry out this training activity, so that we can have a perceptual understanding of mechanical specialty from practice and lay a solid foundation for future professional courses. Practice is a very important part of college life, the source of continuous innovation and development of knowledge, the touchstone of testing truth and an effective way for college students to exercise and grow. It is even more important than the classroom. Only in practice can a person's knowledge and ability play a role and be enriched, perfected and developed. In order to grow up, college students should be diligent in practice, combine the theoretical knowledge they have learned with practice, keep learning, summarize, improve and innovate in practice, improve their comprehensive quality and ability in practice, and lay a good foundation for the success of their career.

It is more appropriate to describe the short three-week metalworking training with the phrase "painful and happy" This training not only brought us experience, but also cultivated our hard-working spirit and rigorous and serious style. I can't feel it. It doesn't matter if the workpiece is a few millimeters short. Every mistake can bring huge losses.

"It is superficial to talk on paper, but you can learn from practice."

In this way, three short weeks passed. I have been very tired, very bitter and have thought about it. This work is not satisfactory, but it is of great significance. No pains, no gains. The exercise we get is far higher than what we pay.

Experience of metalworking engineering training in University 4 10 From June 12, our 07 food company conducted a two-week metalworking practice in the metalworking practice workshop of Xingong Building. During this period, we came into contact with four types of work: pliers, lathing, welding and planing. With the patient and meticulous teaching of teachers and the cooperation of everyone's mind, we did not have an injury accident, basically reached the expected internship requirements, and successfully completed the two-week internship.

Before the internship, I heard from my brothers and sisters that metalworking practice was very hard, but I was a little excited when I first walked into the workshop. When the teacher explained the matters needing attention to us, personality emphasized the safety problem and listed a bloody safety accident. Only then do we fully realize the importance of safety.

After that, we were assigned different jobs. On the first day, I was assigned to study lathe work. Under the teacher's brief introduction, we understand the functions and usage of each part of the lathe, and then what we have to do is to turn a cylindrical workpiece with the lathe. After the teacher demonstrated how to turn this workpiece, we became familiar with the operation of each turntable and handle of the lathe, and then worked on the lathe in groups of three. But when we turn the first workpiece, it is not so smooth, turning and grinding repeatedly, and calculating the size repeatedly. After a long struggle, the first workpiece finally came out. Although the size is not so accurate, the sense of accomplishment has come. After two days of practice and summing up experience, we basically mastered the operation of lathe and completed the teacher's assessment of us.

On the third day, I will learn from welders and planers. I am no stranger to welders. I have seen the flashing electric sparks on the construction site countless times. I know it's welding, but it's the first time to do it myself. The teacher gave us a detailed introduction to the welding operation and some precautions. The odor and dazzling light produced by welding are harmful to human body. Know how to protect yourself when operating, and wear masks and gloves. From the teacher's explanation, I learned that the wrapping angle of covered electrode is generally between 70 and 80, and the speed of sliver conveying is required to be even. At first, some female students had a fear of this thing, but they naturally got used to it after practicing several times. I thought it was easy to operate, but it wasn't. This is much more difficult than I thought. Welded steel pipe with a hole and no connection. This was really easy to learn, but it was difficult to master. During the welder's study, I was sometimes stung by the electric arc during welding, but each of us persisted and basically mastered the knowledge of welding. However, in order to meet the standards of professional workers, it is necessary to practice repeatedly, and practice makes perfect. Although welding is very tiring and dangerous, we have welded ourselves and experienced it, and we will have the opportunity to practice it again in the future. After that, I will start to learn the planer. After learning the lathe, I feel that it is much easier to operate the planer and successfully complete the workpiece required by the teacher.

It's the second week of metalworking practice so soon, and it's also the hardest work. The teacher told us that locksmith is a kind of work that makes all kinds of parts by hand, which can best exercise a person's hands-on potential. Then we begin to introduce the correct usage of vice, hand saw and various files. We will use these tools to make a cylinder into a hammer. First, we must saw a plane. This is the only time I have experienced the hard work of the fitter. I kept sawing back and forth hundreds of times, and my hands and waist were sore. But I understand that this test is our perseverance and endurance, so we have to persist and see a little. After sawing, it is time-consuming to file it flat bit by bit, first with a rough file and then with a fine file. After two days of hard work, my workpiece finally took the shape of a hammer. Then I made a hole and filed the edge of the hole with a round file. When I showed my work to the teacher for review, I thought my work had been successful, but the teacher looked at it and pointed out a series of defects and deficiencies in my work. At this time, I found that the locksmith's rigor and skill, accurate size, beautiful shape and correct operation method are indispensable.

After just two weeks of metalworking practice, I looked at the souvenirs (a hammer and two cylinders) in my hand, which were bought with countless sweat and wisdom. Looking back on these perfect two weeks, I have a sense of fulfillment and gain.

Through this study, although we didn't learn much, as the teacher said, we started in three years, but we were familiar with and mastered the necessary engineering basic knowledge and operation skills, and cultivated, improved and strengthened our engineering practice potential, innovation consciousness and innovation potential. I learned something that was not in books. Only the combination of theory and practice is the real benefit of science and technology. I believe this internship can accumulate experience for us to enter the social employment in the future, and it is another valuable asset in my college life.

Experience of metalworking engineering training in colleges and universities 5 "Metalworking Practice" is a very practical technical basic course, and it is an important compulsory course for engineering students in colleges and universities to learn the basic process methods and technologies of mechanical manufacturing and complete the basic engineering training. Not only did we gain the basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, understand the general operation of mechanical manufacturing, and improve the operation skills and hands-on ability, but also strengthened the exercise of integrating theory with practice, improved the engineering practice ability and cultivated the engineering quality.

Because of the New Year holiday, we only have nine days' metalworking practice. During this period, I came into contact with milling, PLC, turning, welding, casting, rapid prototyping, die-cutting, EDM, stamping, locksmith and other posts 15. Every day, everyone has to learn a new skill. During my internship, I completed the process from knowing nothing about all kinds of work to making a finished product. With the patient and meticulous teaching of teachers and our active cooperation, there was no injury accident, which basically met the expected internship requirements and successfully completed the 9-day metalworking internship.

In the practice of locksmith, we know that the main contents of locksmith are scraping, drilling, tapping, sawing, filing, assembly and marking; Understand the structure, classification, selection, filing posture, filing method and quality inspection of archives. To tell the truth, locksmith internship is boring. He may have been doing an action repeatedly all morning, but he still needs strength and accuracy, that is, holding a file back and forth on the workpiece. My hands are sore and my legs are stiff when I rest at noon. I finally finished my work in the afternoon. Although it is not very standard, it is the crystallization of my sweat and the result of my hard work at the end of the day. The next work is casting, which can be said to be a complete recollection of the time when I was a child playing with sand. But at this time, in addition to the impulsive heart, what is needed is more care and patience. Later, I learned CNC EDM, which also needs programming. But it is programmed automatically by the computer, as long as you input the graphics of the parts to be processed, choose the cutting path and put the raw materials away. Then, we learned arc welding under the guidance of our teacher. After half a day of arc welding practice, although I didn't fully master arc welding, I also learned a lot of basic operations of arc welding. We mainly mastered the friction arc initiation. After that, I learned a lot of interesting jobs, such as rapid prototyping, wire cutting and counting cars. In these three jobs, I can finish my own work. I feel very gratified when I look at the works I have designed.
