Jeff (1979-), male, from Hefei, Anhui Province, graduated from Huaibei Coal Normal University with a bachelor's degree and a double doctorate. In 2002, he studied computer science in Tsinghua University. In 2003, he returned to China to lead the computer department of Huaibei Coal Normal University for one year. In 2004, he joined Anhui Shijie Computer College under Shijie Education Group as the head of the eighth campus. In 2009, he served as vice president of Hefei Vocational College of Information Technology and Computer Science.
