Article 2 The enrollment work of Shanxi Medical University takes the results of college entrance examination as the main indicators, and implements the principles of "open procedures, fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".

Article 3 The enrollment work of Shanxi Medical University shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 12 According to the requirements of the school, a leading group and a supervision group for enrollment work are established, which are composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, and are responsible for the enrollment work of ordinary undergraduate colleges, formulate enrollment policies and enrollment plans, and discuss and decide major issues in enrollment work.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 15 The principle of making enrollment plan: according to the actual situation of the school, such as talent training objectives, professional characteristics, school conditions, employment of graduates, combined with the preparation and completion of enrollment plans by provinces and majors in recent years, the social demand of professionals and other factors, the enrollment plans by provinces and majors are determined.

Article 16 Distribution method of enrollment plan: In accordance with the spirit of relevant national documents, strengthen support for talents in short supply such as traditional advantageous majors with good school conditions and strong teachers, and health service industry. When making enrollment plans, give priority to the enrollment plans of the above majors, and reduce the enrollment plans of undergraduate majors with low employment rate.

Seventeenth in the annual enrollment scale approved by the state, the school set aside a small number of plans in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, which are mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online college entrance examination students in various provinces and solve the enrollment of candidates in the same batch and lot in parallel volunteer.

Chapter V Admission

Article 20 The requirements of the school for the physical examination of candidates shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Physical Examination of Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and its Chinese medicine major does not recruit color-blind and color-weak candidates.

Article 21 Schools shall, in accordance with the principle of "scores first", admit candidates from high scores to low scores. When enrolling majors, the majors recorded by candidates are determined according to the principle of "order of filing, high and low scores, and majors to apply for"; If the candidates' scores are tied, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the scores of related subjects. If all the majors reported by the candidates are full and some of the majors in the school are not full, the school will select the best candidates according to the scores. Candidates who fill in the column "No" or fail to fill in the column "Less than other majors" are regarded as disobeying professional deployment.

Article 22 Our school will give priority to the first-choice candidates in the provinces that do not implement parallel volunteer's bidding. If the first-choice candidates are not satisfied, they will be admitted by non-first-choice candidates.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission principle of "professional voluntary clearing".

Jiangsu Province implements the admission principle of "grading first".

In 20 18, colleges and universities in Zhejiang and Shanghai implemented the reform of college entrance examination and no longer divided liberal arts. Candidates' voluntary reporting, sorting rules, filing rules and admission methods shall be implemented in accordance with the documents of the corresponding provinces (cities). Professional admission shall be carried out in the order of candidates' reporting, and the principle of "giving priority to scores and following professional volunteers" shall be followed, with the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates as the admission reference.

Article 23 The admission of high-level athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Shanxi Provincial Admissions Department and our school.

Article 24 The sports rehabilitation major in our school enrolls sports (science) candidates. At the time of admission, the professional scores reach the lowest control line of undergraduate courses designated by the Provincial Admissions Examination Management Center, and the students are selected from high to low according to the scores of cultural courses.

Article 25 The training of clinical medical professionals in our school ("5+3" integration) refers to the three-year postgraduate education of medical master's degree, which is organically connected with the standardized training of residents. The training of clinical medical professionals ("5+3" integration, specializing in pediatrics) refers to the three-year postgraduate education stage of pediatric master after the five-year undergraduate education stage. Students are transferred to the postgraduate stage of our school, included in the postgraduate enrollment procedure of that year, and registered as graduate students after going through relevant procedures. Students who transfer to our school for three-year postgraduate education after completing the fifth year of study are also residents who participate in standardized training for residents. Those who complete the teaching plan and meet the requirements will be awarded academic qualifications and degree certificates by stages. Twenty-eighth schools only provide English language teaching, and non-English language candidates are advised to report carefully.

Article 29 Our school recognizes that the admissions departments of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) will give extra points according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education.

Article 30 The admission results shall be published in the form required by the Ministry of Education and stipulated by all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions), and shall also be published in the enrollment information column of our school and the campus network.

Chapter VI Complaints

Thirty-first schools should establish a complaint system for admission results. Candidates who have doubts about the admission results can lodge a complaint with the Undergraduate Admissions Office within 5 working days after the announcement of the admission results. After accepting the application, the Undergraduate Admissions Office will give feedback to the candidates within 15 working days.

Chapter VII Issuance of Certificates

Article 32 Upon graduation, students who meet the requirements stipulated in the school's training plan and graduate after examination and approval shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Shanxi Medical University. Graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degree of Shanxi Medical University are awarded bachelor's degree certificate of Shanxi Medical University.

Article 33 The core of the certificate of students studying in Fenyang College will be marked with the words "studying in Fenyang College of our school".

Chapter VIII Others

Thirty-fourth new students, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education to review the qualifications of new students. Anyone who is found to have obtained admission qualification by deception will be disqualified once verified. The school will conduct a physical examination for freshmen after entering the school in accordance with the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Those who fail the physical examination shall be treated as appropriate until their admission qualification is cancelled.

Article 37 If there is any conflict between the original enrollment system and regulations of the school and these Articles of Association, these Articles of Association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association is inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national and superior policies shall prevail.
