Finally, the pressure comes from oneself. As undergraduate graduates, to be honest, everyone has high requirements for work. Very sensitive to details, practical judgment, a serious and rigorous person with a sense of responsibility. What is recognized rarely changes or is discouraged. Keep your promise. Strictly abide by the established life order and work system, not be distracted by unimportant actions, and be able to work persistently and methodically for a long time.

My major is insurance, so my first choice is to enter a good insurance company and engage in specific affairs related to insurance claims. Or enter financial institutions such as banks and securities companies. There is also the examination of civil servants, which is very popular in recent years and is still a good incentive within the system.

Then according to my self-analysis, combined with my general employment direction, I think the insurance company claims position should be more suitable for me. Followed by other financial institutions.

After determining your job search direction, you can collect recruitment information through various channels. For example, the recruitment website, the recruitment column of the company's own website, the campus presentation of well-known enterprises, the local job fair, the employment counseling center of our school, and asking relatives and friends about the recruitment information in newspapers and magazines.

Step 4: Interview

A few days after your resume is submitted, you may receive a phone call from the company informing you to attend an interview.

Before the interview, you should know as much as possible about the company's cultural background, product operation, recruitment process, salary and treatment of similar positions, etc. If it is a well-known company, you can also search other people's interview experience online, practice some interview skills and etiquette dress, and overcome the tension.

Step 5: Sign the contract.
