Gan, 1963, from Hongpu Town, Huaining County, Anhui Province. 1985 graduated from the Chinese Department of Anhui Normal University and moved to work in Qinghai in the same year. 1993—— 1999 studied at China Institute of Calligraphy and Culture, Capital Normal University, and obtained master's and doctor's degrees. At present, he is a professor, doctoral supervisor of China Calligraphy Culture Research Institute of Capital Normal University, a member of China Calligraphers Association, and deputy director of Education and Publication Committee of Beijing Calligraphers Association. Mainly engaged in calligraphy theory and cursive teaching and research. He was awarded "Most Popular Teacher" and "Excellent Tutor" by Capital Normal University.
