1. The borrower fills in the Application Form for Campus Units and Students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology to Borrow Classrooms.

2. All kinds of teaching activities in the college are borrowed from the classroom, and the vice president in charge of undergraduate teaching of the college signs and seals the college; Students are required to provide an activity plan for holding all kinds of activities and borrowing classrooms. The person in charge of student affairs of the college signs the opinions on the application form and plan and seals the official seal of the college.

3. With the signed and sealed application form (scheme), the borrower should go to the Academic Affairs Management Section of 307 Academic Affairs Office on the third floor of the south to go through the formalities of borrowing the classroom at least one day in advance.
