Entrance examination:
Education requirements: Language requirements for completing the second year of high school or graduating from high school: IELTS 5.0, with no less than 5 subjects. Domestic high school graduates can register for college preparatory courses and transition to undergraduate courses at the University of Queensland. This program is run by an international education school, and you can get a certificate of matriculation level 4 after graduation. Students can enter the University of Queensland to study undergraduate courses if they meet the requirements of completing preparatory courses.
Undergraduate admission:
Education requirements: Language requirements for freshmen or college entrance examination scores: IELTS 6.5 for most majors and no less than 6.0 for single subjects. To qualify for undergraduate admission, applicants must have completed the equivalent education in Australian secondary schools 12 grades, and meet other academic requirements, such as special requirements for certain courses, audition or interview. If you apply for medicine and dentistry, you need IELTS 7.0, and international students need to take the ISAT exam.
Postgraduate entrance:
To qualify for postgraduate entrance, applicants must obtain a bachelor's degree, pass the evaluation of university colleges, and pass the corresponding evaluation of academic achievements and professional background (including interviews and evaluations of academic achievements and research during the university period).
Students who want to apply for a master's degree in university teaching must have an IELTS score of 6.5 (not less than 6 in each item); Students who want to apply for a research-oriented master's or doctor's degree in a university must have an IELTS score of 7.0 (written test score of 6.0).
