Can a university not live on campus?
Universities can stay away from the school, explain the situation to their instructors, and sign a day-to-day agreement with the school. No matter whether their home is near the school, in the city or elsewhere, they can apply. At the same time, they are not far from school and there are some problems to consider. For example, the accommodation fee may still be paid as usual, and the cost of renting a house outside may be extra. In addition, being away from school may reduce communication and interaction with classmates, which may have a certain impact on establishing interpersonal relationships and integrating into the collective. Therefore, when choosing whether to live on campus, we need to weigh these factors and make a decision that suits us. Some students may choose not to live on campus because of dormitory environment, differences in living habits or personal schedules. In this case, students can apply to the school for single dormitory, or move to rent a house off campus.
