Answer the first question, and many people will immediately think of "exam-oriented education". However, in my opinion, "exam-oriented education" is actually just a representation. The essence of the problem is that under the current educational system and social, cultural and psychological atmosphere in China, students are completely molded and used as tools: firstly, he is a tool for parents to show off to their neighbors and relatives, and after being incorporated into the educational system, he becomes a tool for schools to make money and a tool for the educational system to gain political achievements. As for his all-round development, no one really cares. By the time he graduated, it was precisely the day when his use value as a tool was squeezed dry. Just as he came into this world, he was originally a good raw material, but the education system needed to make him into an oil pan, so he was shaped into an oil pan. But when he was transported to the society, the society didn't need a frying pan at all, and he couldn't do anything else, so he was like a person with "waste snacks" everywhere.
We don't want "junk snacks" college students who only cry! However, the lessons of the past 20 years show that China's education system has accumulated too many drawbacks, and minor reforms can never solve the problems. Now we need a real "shock therapy": focusing on the theme of all-round development of human beings, completely renewing our educational concept, redesigning our educational system and mobilizing the whole society to participate in this reform.
