I. Selection of visiting students

(1) selection range

Select among the second-year undergraduate students in our university. According to the conditions of visiting universities, the specific choice of majors will be announced after consultation between the universities of both sides.

(2) Selection conditions

The following conditions must be met simultaneously:

1. Be patriotic and love Xinjiang, support the leadership of China's * * * production party, safeguard national unity, resolutely oppose national separatism and illegal religious activities, and take a firm stand. Can consciously abide by national laws and regulations, strictly abide by school rules and regulations, and perform well during school.

2. At school, the average score of compulsory courses is in the top of the class ranking 10%, and the GPA is above 3.0. Among them, the students in the folk language class have achieved Grade 3 A or HSK 8 in Chinese. They have strong written and oral Chinese application ability and can study under the same conditions as Chinese class students.

3. Have good psychological quality and good health.

Miyoshi students who meet the above conditions, school-level (Youth League Committee, Student Union), college-level and class student cadres are preferred.

(3) Select the program

Step 1: Eligible students register at the Academic Affairs Office of their college;

Step 2: According to the investigation requirements of our school, the college will review the students' conditions, conduct interviews and written tests according to the professional needs, and determine the recommended candidates. The list of candidates should be publicized in the college for three days, and reported to the academic affairs office after no objection;

Second, the management during the school visit

(1) student status

1. Student status

During the visit, my student status remained in our school. At the beginning of each semester, I will go through the admission procedures in the universities I visit. After the visit, I will go back to school to continue my studies in the new semester according to the normal starting procedure. The academic affairs office of each college should combine the training plan of the class to which the students belong, review the attendance of students' courses, and explain the follow-up study plan to students.

During the visit, the relationship between the student party group and the organization remained in our school. The relevant functional departments (organizations and management units of the Youth League Committee) of our school should provide the visiting universities with the identification materials of the visiting students' Youth League Committee, so that students can actively and consciously participate in the relevant activities organized by the visiting schools.

3. School affairs

(1) dormitory management

During the visit, students will no longer pay the accommodation fee of our school, and their dormitory in our school will be uniformly allocated and managed by the school. After returning to school, reassign the dormitory.

(2) Reward and evaluation

During the visit, visiting students have the same right to declare and participate in various commendations and awards.

(3) grants and scholarships

During the visit, all kinds of grants enjoyed by visiting students in our school will continue to be distributed. During the students' visit, when applying for grants and scholarships in our school, visiting students enjoy the same rights as our students. The college should prompt the relevant class teacher, academic affairs office and student affairs office to inform the visiting students in time.

(4) student loans

For visiting students who have signed the national development bank student loan, the loan during the visit is still being extended.

(5) Medical insurance

During the visit, the medical insurance relationship remained in our school. The expenses incurred in going to school for medical treatment due to illness or other reasons shall be borne by the students themselves and reimbursed according to the regulations after returning to school; Relevant insurance claims are returned to the school according to regulations.

(6) textbook subscription

During the visit, the college to which the students belong temporarily stopped ordering teaching materials for visiting students. The college should reduce or increase the number of teaching materials in time according to the time when visiting students leave school and return to school, and the class Committee should also collect teaching materials according to the actual number of classes.

(B) Teaching management

1. Course management

Students should participate in the study of various courses in this major according to the requirements of the professional training program of Xinjiang Agricultural University and the learning conditions provided by visiting universities. During the visit, the average credits per semester shall not be less than 18 credits.

Before each semester's visit, the Academic Affairs Office will provide curriculum plans for various majors in mainland universities, and the college will arrange professional teachers to guide visiting students to make curriculum study plans during the next semester's visit. The attribute of each course (compulsory or optional) should be indicated, and the confirmation of the attribute of the course is subject to the professional talent training plan of our school. After the course is selected, it will be signed by the competent teaching leader and reported to the Academic Affairs Office for the record, which will serve as the basis for the visiting students to review and identify the course when they graduate in the future.

For the courses and links that students can't take because of visiting colleges and universities, the college and the academic affairs office will agree on the replacement or make-up plan.

2. Performance management

After the visit, visit the academic affairs office of the university and related colleges to provide the course report and personal appraisal of the visiting students, and the teaching office of the student's unit is responsible for inputting the scores into our school's score management system. If the courses learned during the visit are less than 70 points, add 10 points and record them in our school's score management system, 70 -75 points will be recorded as 80 points, and more than 75 points will be recorded as results after adding 5 points (if extra points are added, record them in the system after adding 99 points).

Courses that failed during the visit (courses that failed after extra points) belong to our school's professional training plan. According to the regulations of our school's student status management, we should study during the study period and make-up exams after returning to school. There are two ways to deal with unqualified courses that do not belong to our professional training plan. In one case, after the unqualified courses are eliminated, if the one-year visiting credits are not less than 36 credits or the half-year visiting credits are not less than 18 credits, there is no need to make up lessons or retake the exam; In another case, if the credits can't reach the above standards after removing the unqualified courses, I need to take courses in my school-based major during my junior year to make up the exam.

When selecting scholarships, grants and other grades after returning to school, the courses during the inspection period will be calculated according to the scores after extra points.

For students who plan to visit for one year, if the number of courses in the first semester is less than 60 points (after grading) and reaches two or more, the visit will end after the first semester and they will return to school in the second semester. If there are higher requirements for visiting colleges and universities, they shall be implemented according to higher requirements.

(3) Daily management

1. Self-management of students

Visiting students should do a good job in self-management, cherish the learning opportunities of visiting mainland universities and finish their studies seriously; Actively participate in various classes, colleges and school activities arranged by visiting universities; Unite classmates, understand each other, and handle all kinds of relationships with tolerance and friendliness. During the visit, pay attention to personal and property safety and exercise strict self-discipline. You should abide by the school rules and regulations of visiting universities and Xinjiang Agricultural University, obey the unified arrangement of visiting universities and schools, and obey the unified arrangement and requirements of Xinjiang Agricultural University for visiting classes. Actively strengthen contact with former classmates and teachers of Xinjiang Agricultural University, and carefully handle personal matters in Xinjiang Agricultural University, such as awards, evaluation, financial aid for poor students, student loans, and registration for unified examinations. To ensure the smooth study and life after returning to school.

For all kinds of national unified examinations, if the examination registration time and examination time are both during the visiting period, with the permission of the visiting college, visiting students can sign up for these examinations at the visiting college and return to the school to confirm their scores with valid results.

Visiting students should actively write their visiting experiences and send them back to the school during the visit; After returning to school, report the results of the visit to the class or college students and exchange experiences.

2. College management

Visiting students are still studying in our school, and the college is the main supervisor of student behavior. The college should provide at least 1 tutor for visiting students, and assist and guide students to deal with the problems of course study and life during the visit through the internet and telephone. And calculate the workload and remuneration of the tutor according to the relevant regulations.

3. School management

(1) management organization

The school set up a leading group for outstanding undergraduates of Xinjiang Agricultural University to visit mainland universities, and set up a visiting office for outstanding undergraduates of Xinjiang Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as "visiting office"). The leading group is headed by the deputy secretary in charge and the deputy director in charge. Members include the heads of the Student Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Youth League Committee and other departments, as well as the heads of the visiting students' colleges. The visiting office is located in the academic affairs office. In addition, according to the actual situation, arrange a teacher of our school who is visiting a university to study or work as a temporary class teacher for visiting students.

The visiting leading group is responsible for coordinating the visit of the whole school, communicating with the outside world, and discussing and deciding the macro-policy issues during the visit.

Under the leadership of the visiting leading group, the visiting office is responsible for the specific contact with visiting universities, the selection, organization and filing of visiting students, and the handling of visiting students' problems.

The college where the visiting students are located is responsible for the selection of visiting students, the formulation of study plans, the guidance of students' study and life management during the visit, and the notification and handling of visiting students' school affairs (including: the declaration and selection of various examination registration, scholarships, three excellent students, poverty subsidies and other matters).

Temporary class teachers should help schools contact visiting universities, solve the problems faced by visiting students in their study and life, and actively pay attention to and care about the safety of students' study, life and travel. The temporary head teacher subsidy funds are included in the budget of the head teacher subsidy funds of our school.

(2) Student visits

The leading group and office of visiting students should send people to know and coordinate the problems existing in the management of visiting students in time by regular or irregular interviews or with the help of various business trips. Students' colleges and universities should also actively arrange visits.

(3) student accident management

When a visiting student has a major emergency or a major casualty accident during his or her stay at school, he or she shall be dealt with according to the relevant emergency workflow under the unified guidance of the school. Relevant functional departments and universities where students are located should provide timely assistance after receiving the accident notice and do a good job in follow-up work. Students visiting colleges and universities should buy "traffic accident insurance" collectively, and the insurance premium within 100 yuan per person shall be borne by the student affairs office of our school. After returning to school, students submit invoices to the student office for reimbursement.

(4) Contact with visiting universities

Attach importance to the contact with visiting colleges and universities, and constantly consolidate the cooperative relationship between our school and visiting colleges and universities through activities such as exchange visits of university leaders, departmental exchanges and summer camps for students, so as to ensure the sustainability of visiting colleges and universities.

4. Related funds

During the visit, students' personal expenses are borne by students, including tuition, room and board, books, round-trip travel expenses, etc. Those who have financial difficulties can apply for special funding from the visiting office.

The measures shall be implemented from September 20 12 and 1 year, and the visiting office of outstanding undergraduates of Xinjiang Agricultural University shall be responsible for the interpretation.
