Other subsidies:
1. Tuition fees and student loans are compensated.
? Tuition compensation and national student loan compensation will be given to college graduates who are employed in grass-roots units below the county level in the central and western regions, hard and remote areas and old industrial bases, who perform a certain period of service and are enlisted for compulsory military service.
? Undergraduate students shall not exceed 12000 yuan per year, and graduate students shall not exceed 16000 yuan per year. Eligible college graduates can apply to the college student financial assistance management department.
2. The first venture is subsidized.
For college graduates who start small and micro enterprises for the first time or engage in self-employment and have been operating normally for more than 1 year since the date of industrial and commercial registration, a one-time entrepreneurship allowance will be given. Subsidy standards and application procedures are determined by provincial people's organizations and financial departments. Eligible university graduates can apply to the local community department. Implement flexible academic system, relax students' study years, and allow students to adjust their academic progress, retain their school status and drop out of school to innovate and start businesses.
