Step 1: Open the Word software and set the paper to landscape orientation. On the Page Setup ribbon under the Page Layout menu, click Set Paper Orientation.
Step 2: Insert the text box, resize it, copy it, then paste it, paste it, paste it again, then drag the text box with the mouse, adjust it to a suitable position, and then resize it until you are satisfied.
Step 3: Hold down the Ctrl key, select a row or a column, and select Format Text from the right-click menu.
Step 4: In the rich text box interface, set the line color, linearity and thickness.
Step 5: Insert a picture, click the "Insert" menu, in the illustration ribbon, find and click "Picture", then find and select the picture you are satisfied with, and then click Open.
Step 6: Set the picture layout, right-click the picture, select Format Picture from the menu, and set the Layout to Below Text. After confirmation, drag the control points around the picture with the mouse to make the picture fill the editing area.
