Personal Views on Career Planning Course (1)
Not long ago, we opened an elective course of planning an ideal career, with only one class and not many courses. However, this seemingly simple course is significant. It can be said that it is related to our future and cannot be sloppy. It's really touching to finish this course. Here, I also want to talk about my feelings.
Before taking this course, the understanding of planning an ideal career is a person's future work plan. After studying this course, I have a new understanding of my career. I think a person's career is closely related to his personal career planning. Personally, career planning can be said to be a complex, systematic, stressful and challenging vision for future work and life. Below, I want to talk about my views based on my understanding, which is also my feeling after learning this course.
In our career, we should not only plan our work, but also plan our life. Because professional activities are also a kind of life, life planning is indispensable in career planning. When it comes to life planning, it is not a simple matter. Generally speaking, our life will be affected by work and occupation, so the life part of career planning must be planned with reference to occupation. In this part of the planning, we need to know what kind of lifestyle we want, what kind of social role we want to play, and how to deal with the relationship between life and work, which also affects our work. From what I have listed, I think a good career plan is no less than completing a big project. At the same time, career planning also affects one's life and work, which is very important. Therefore, I think career planning is very complicated.
These are my personal views on career planning. After listening to Chen Long's after-school search, I think that career planning should have the following functions for individuals: First, it can evaluate the current achievements, and it can also be said that it is a self-evaluation of the current situation. Second, help determine the career development goals. Through self-evaluation and analysis, we determine our own career path and correctly formulate our own career development goals. Third, it helps to grasp the key points. Career planning allows us to prioritize our work, firmly grasp the key points and increase the chances of success. Fourth, it makes us work hard. Many times, when planning is specific, every effort can see the results. Therefore, career planning helps us to work hard for our goals.
Our career planning is a long process, and its success is also considered by the scale of its life. We live in a changing era, everything is changing, only change is constant. Our career planning is to use future goals to predict our own changes. Only by being good at planning the future can we have the correct direction and effective action measures, give full play to the initiative of self-management, give full play to our own potential and achieve success in our cause. After studying the career guidance course, I learned about career planning and its importance to us, and I also thought about planning my career. However, in fact, I can only think that I dare not make a career plan in writing now, because I must be cautious. I want to know as much as possible about the status quo, whether it is society or myself. Sometimes it is more difficult to modify a thing than to do it. I think, instead of making a career plan and then finding problems before changing it, it is better to do it after thinking it over, and plan it carefully after thinking it over.
I think it's still a little late for us to take this course. I wish we had done it earlier. But sex is better than nothing. At least, I have feelings now. Although I don't know much about this, I know that I will prepare for my career planning now. I didn't have this kind of consciousness before, but now I must have it and take action at the same time.
Model essay on personal perception of career planning course (2)
Time passed quickly, and the nine-week career planning course for college students ended in a blink of an eye.
When Miss Liang came to class for the first time, she deeply felt her unique class style. First, she introduced the characteristics of this subject, and then analyzed the current employment situation. Combining with our professional characteristics, she naturally extended the classroom theme to the profession of teachers, which made the students naturally concentrate their attention and have a strong interest, because we just came back from teaching, and every student was right? Being a teacher? This topic is very sensitive. In this way, a class with students as the main body and teachers guiding students to speak and express their opinions is lively.
For senior students, they always feel that time is not enough, so that they often take up class time to read other employment-oriented books, and sometimes even skip classes. But I have never escaped Teacher Liang's career plan for college students. I can say that I actively participate in every class. On the one hand, the teacher's due diligence makes me unable to find an escape opportunity. On the other hand, the teacher gave the class to the students, and let me take the initiative to participate in it. Before I could slack off, a class was over. Not only in class, but also after class, there are practical after-school assignments, or resumes necessary for job hunting in the future, or materials to be used in the next class. In this way, every student comes prepared.
Although it is only a short period of nine classes, we can say that every class is full, and we have really learned very practical knowledge. Through the celebrity speeches prepared by the teacher in advance, we have a basic understanding of the current employment situation, and each of our students has learned more or less valuable knowledge and skills in job hunting. Not only is it as simple as watching others do it, but the teacher also arranged a realistic interview simulation activity. During the activity, not only did each of us feel the interviewer we will face immediately after graduation, but we also felt each other's psychology from the interviewer's point of view. Of course, all this is done when the whole class is an audience, and everyone is both an audience and a protagonist.
Although this course is over, I can't get it out of my mind. Now I often wonder how I should answer such and such questions, and whether my sitting posture will look unsightly in public.
In a word, Teacher Liang's student-centered teaching methods and ideas are worth learning for normal students who want to be teachers in the future. I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills through this course.
