Huaqiying Campus of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology Binjiang College (also known as Nanjing Army Command College Information Management Branch) was established in 2005 by the cooperation of Binjiang College and Nanjing Army Command College. Nanjing Army Command College is located at Longpan Road 1, Pukou District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

Pancheng Street is located between the Yangtze River Bridge and the Second Yangtze River Bridge in the northeast of Pukou District, bordering Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park in the east, Nanjing National High-tech Development Zone in the south, facing Lai 'an County across the Chuhe River in the west, and bordering Liuhe District on the Macha River in the north, with a total area of 5 1.5 square kilometers. Pancheng is rich in scientific and educational resources, and there are two universities in its jurisdiction, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and Nanjing Army Command College.
