20 14 is the first year of massive open online courses in China. On April 8th, 20 14, "Good University Online", a massive online Chinese course platform successfully developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University, was officially launched, and the first batch of 10 courses were launched in four schools across the Taiwan Strait. The launching ceremony of "Good University Online" and massive open online course * * * were held at the same time as the signing ceremony of Shanghai Jiaotong University-Baidu massive open online course cooperation.

Qu Zhenyuan, president of China Higher Education Association, Jason, president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Yin Jie, deputy director of Shanghai Education Commission, delivered speeches afterwards, saying that China's massive open online course platform "Good University Online" has brought together famous schools, teachers and courses from three places on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, and its concept and practice of "letting everyone go to the best university in China" will play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development and reform of education in China. Huang Zhen, Vice President of Shanghai Jiaotong University, introduced the construction of "Good University Online" and the promotion of massive open online courses in Shanghai Jiaotong University. Hu, vice president of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and director of Baidu's compound search department spoke at the meeting. Leaders of universities in Southwest China, heads of relevant departments of Shanghai Jiaotong University and representatives of teachers and students attended the signing ceremony.
