Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of colleges and universities and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of colleges and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, and in combination with the actual situation of the school.

Article 2 School enrollment shall follow the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 10 Graduation certificate: Students who have been admitted according to the national enrollment regulations and obtained the official status of our school have completed the required credits within the allowed study period and met the basic requirements for graduation, and are allowed to graduate, and will be awarded the graduation certificate of Guangzhou Medical University. The certificate type is the graduation certificate of full-time colleges and universities. Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees shall be awarded bachelor's degrees and degree certificates.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 11 A school shall set up an enrollment leading group composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on enrollment, formulating enrollment statutes, enrollment statutes and implementation rules, determining enrollment scale and adjusting discipline enrollment plans, leading and supervising the specific implementation of enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment work.

Article 12 The Admissions Office is the executive body of the leading group for school enrollment work, and its main responsibilities are to formulate enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment work, and handle the daily affairs of ordinary full-time undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) enrollment according to the school's enrollment regulations and implementation rules.

Thirteenth schools set up an enrollment supervision group composed of school leaders and discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the enrollment work. During the admission period, a petition team will be set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint handling of candidates.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Article 14 The enrollment plans and related requirements of each school by major can be found in the professional catalogue published by Shengyuan Province. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school will reserve no more than 1% of the total number of undergraduate programs to adjust the imbalance of online students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 16 The enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the recruitment office supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education shall be implemented, and the enrollment shall strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment office, and the candidates shall be selected on the basis of the results of the college entrance examination, in line with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness.

Article 17 On the basis of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, specific admission principles and methods are formulated on the minimum admission control score line delineated by the Shengyuan Provincial Admissions Committee, and admission is classified according to arts and sciences and 3+ certificates.

Article 18 The proportion of enrollment is determined according to the students' situation, which is generally controlled within 100%- 120% of the enrollment plan, and our school will make appropriate adjustments within this proportion according to the students' situation.

Article 19 Under the condition that the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination are qualified, and the unified examination scores reach the admission control scores of the same batch and meet the requirements of our school, our school will select the best candidates according to the professional wishes of the candidates and the admission principles determined by the school.

Twentieth in addition to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the professional admission of candidates from other provinces is based on the principle of "score priority". According to the total scores of candidates in the college entrance examination from high to low, first arrange the first professional volunteers of high-scoring candidates. If the number of professional places is full, then check the students' subsequent professional volunteers one by one. If the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, the former is preferred according to the ranking of candidates, and the provinces that have not ranked candidates are selected according to the ranking principle of Guangdong Province.

Candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region queue up for admission according to "professional volunteers". If the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, the former will be given priority. If the candidates are not ranked, they will be selected according to the ranking principle of Guangdong Province.

Article 21 When all the candidates' professional volunteers are not admitted, in case of professional adjustment, they will be transferred to the major with vacancies in the enrollment plan according to the total score and single subject score of the candidates, otherwise, they will be dismissed.

Article 22 The foreign language teaching in our school is English. Candidates who are not English languages should apply carefully.

Twenty-third academic performance requirements are as follows:

In Guangdong province, the first batch of undergraduate majors in liberal arts and science in colleges and universities must reach grade C or above.

In Guangdong province, candidates who apply for the second batch of undergraduate majors in liberal arts and science in colleges and universities must obtain grade results in three academic proficiency tests, and at least two of them have reached grade C and above.

In Guangdong province, candidates who apply for the third batch of specialties in arts and sciences in colleges and universities must obtain grade scores in three academic proficiency tests, and at least one of them has reached Grade C or above.

When the test scores (or rankings) of candidates are the same, priority can be given to candidates with excellent comprehensive quality evaluation and academic level test scores. When enrolling majors, under the same conditions, candidates who have studied the basic knowledge (modules) of related majors are given priority.

Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards

Article 25 The physical examination standards for candidates admitted to our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Ministry of Education, former Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation [2003] No.3) and Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). In view of the particularity and employment characteristics of the medical major, the medical major does not recruit color-blind and color-weak candidates, and it is recommended that disabled candidates fill in the form carefully.

Article 26 After the freshmen enter the school, our school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Test in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Those who do not meet the requirements of physical examination or are not suitable for the reported major after review will be transferred to another major or disqualified.

Chapter VII Charging Standards

Twenty-seventh students' tuition and accommodation fees are charged according to the standards approved by the price departments of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City (see the professional catalogue published by the Provincial Student Admissions Office for details). If the charging standard is adjusted, it shall be implemented according to the latest approval of the price departments of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City.

Chapter VIII Policy of Subsidizing Students

Twenty-eighth undergraduate outstanding freshmen scholarship:

(a) the provincial outstanding freshmen scholarship. Undergraduate candidates from outside Guangdong Province who apply for our school in the volunteer group of the First College rank first among all the candidates from this province who have been admitted to our school (the scores of candidates from Xinjiang class in the Mainland are ranked according to the admission conversion method), and after registration, they will be awarded a scholarship equivalent to one year's tuition for their major.

(2) Guangdong Excellent Freshmen Scholarship. Among the freshmen in the volunteer group of Guangdong First College admitted by our school, those who scored 50 points higher than the provincial minimum control line will be awarded 10000 yuan after registration.

(3) Scholarships for outstanding freshmen in various majors. All freshmen in Guangdong Province and the volunteer group of the First College who are admitted to our school and rank in the top 20% (including 20%) of all candidates in Guangdong Province will be awarded a scholarship equivalent to 50% of the one-year tuition fee of their major after registration. Arts and sciences majors calculate the number of winners according to arts and sciences respectively.

Candidates who meet the conditions of two awards at the same time will not be rewarded again and will be awarded the highest scholarship award.

Article 29 A national scholarship of 8,000 yuan/year may be awarded to those who meet the requirements of relevant conditions during their school days; National inspirational scholarship 5000 yuan/year; The state subsidizes 3000 yuan/year and other awards. (If there is any change in the amount standard, the latest relevant documents at the higher level shall prevail. )

Thirtieth undergraduate students to set up outstanding student scholarships: according to the comprehensive evaluation results of students each semester, awarded in different academic years, the number of winners reached 50%. The annual grand prize is 2500 yuan, the first prize 1500 yuan, the second prize 1000 yuan, the third prize 600 yuan, the single prize 500 yuan and the excellent intern 500 yuan.

Thirty-first to participate in national, provincial and municipal competitions, depending on the winning situation to give corresponding rewards.

Article 32 For students from poor families, the school can open a "green channel", apply for a national student loan according to the policy, or declare government scholarships and grants to the society, arrange work-study programs, give temporary difficulties subsidies, or apply for tuition remission.

Chapter X Supplementary Provisions

Article 35 The Articles of Association was discussed and adopted by the president's office meeting of Guangzhou Medical University on March 36, 2003/KLOC-0. It is applicable to the undergraduate and junior college (higher vocational) enrollment of Guangzhou Medical University, and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation and revised year by year.

Article 36 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the General Higher Education Admissions Office of Guangzhou Medical University (located in the Student Office) authorized by Guangzhou Medical University. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the state and province, the provisions of the state and province shall prevail.
