The history of Bath Hot Springs University can be traced back to the Art College established by 1852. This is a medium-sized school with about 5500 students. It offers preparatory, undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, covering art and design, performing arts, education, humanities, business and management. It has also established contacts with more than 50 colleges and universities in Europe, North Asia, Southeast Asia, the United States and Africa.
Every year, students from 35 to 40 different countries come to Bath Springs to study various courses. International students account for about 3% of the total number of students.
The school has two beautiful campuses, one in Bath and the other in the suburbs. Newton Park has a large campus, four miles west of Bath. Another campus of Mount Zion is in the city.
According to the evaluation of Higher Education Grants Committee (HEFCE), both English and environmental studies in our school were rated as "excellent". In the assessment of the Quality Assurance Bureau of Higher Education (QAA), sociology, environmental biology, art and design, psychology, business studies, religion and pedagogy all got 22 excellent scores (the highest score is 24).
Many students from China study business studies in our school. We also offer a master's degree course in "Creating and Developing Your Business".

School facilities
Except for art and design, other courses are in Newton Park Campus. The campus is located on beautiful green land, and the whole layout was written by the famous landscape architect Capability Brown in the18th century. There are lakes, nature reserves, forests, farmland and many historical buildings on campus. Buses and buses travel frequently, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city.

Art and design courses, as well as the English Department, are located in the Zion Mountain campus, which is located in the north of Bath. At first, these gardens belonged to a19th century building. Later, the building was destroyed by war, but the garden survived.
