1. The applicant is a graduate of a regular four-year undergraduate university recognized by China.

2. The applicant usually has an average score of at least 70% in each subject at school.

3. Applicants can only declare if their IELTS score is at least 6.5 (not less than 6.0 in each individual item) or TOEFL score is at least 80.
