In October, the autumn was crisp, and the new student union of the College of Science was established. Under the leadership of the Presidium, the Outreach Department of the Students' Union of the College of Science focuses on broadening the exchanges between colleges and promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises, aiming at showing the true self of students in our college and actively carrying out various activities to serve students. The purpose of the International Liaison Department is "all for the students, all for the students, all for the students". The external relations department is fully responsible for the external communication and liaison work of the school student union. In view of these functions of the International Liaison Department, the following work plan is preliminarily formulated.

First, the work content of last semester

1. Recruitment: On the basis of the traditional form, after listening to the application speech, several psychological or situational questions are set for prospective officers to choose from, so as to further investigate their expressive ability and improvisation ability and add more favorable talents to our department. At the same time, a simple evaluation of their performance is also conducive to their future development.

2. Outreach work: Every large-scale college-level activity, such as the New Year's Eve party, should contribute to the Outreach Department. This work is the basic work of the International Liaison Department. According to the actual situation of our hospital, it is difficult to solve the funding problem of the welcome party. Our department will do its best to support the activities of our college.

3. Special activities: In order to enrich the campus life of science students, especially freshmen, and create a personalized department, a number of activities with the characteristics of the department are hereby held.

1) The International Liaison Department planned a simulated job fair for college students, which provided the latest employment information and an effective channel to enhance employment practice for students in our college. College students face all kinds of difficulties when they graduate. Through this activity, students can experience the situation and atmosphere of job hunting on the spot, so as to understand the market from all angles, improve themselves, better position themselves, plan their employment direction and goals as soon as possible in combination with their own abilities, and realize their future development more truly. This has a good educational guidance for freshmen and sophomores, so that students in our college can win at the starting line on the road of employment. 2) In view of the fact that freshmen have just entered the university and are very confused about the future employment direction or development direction, holding a special lecture on life goal planning and trying to invite Director Wang of the Admissions and Employment Office to give you guidance, which not only has certain strength, but also can achieve ideal results.

3) cooperate with the propaganda department to watch inspirational entrepreneurship films and give lectures. The Propaganda Department is responsible for the promotion of activities and film editing, and the International Liaison Department organizes lectures (whether the fees are charged or not depends on the actual situation).

Activity time: tentatively once a month, every Saturday or Sunday in the multimedia classroom of the three religions. For the first time, all the students in Grade 09 are informed to participate for free, and other students participate voluntarily.

Selected films: The Apprentice Officialdom, a job-seeking program launched in the United States, mainly includes interpersonal relationships, business practices and interviews. By watching the program, students can objectively understand the workplace, improve their self-cultivation and talents, and at the same time further improve themselves and successfully move towards society.

Activity lecture: organized by the International Liaison Department, students can freely discuss, express their opinions and learn from each other according to the films they watch.

4. Cooperate with other departments: carry out corresponding activities, such as providing judges for the debate.

Second, the long-term plan for the school year.

1. officer training: the international liaison department is an important department of the student union and an important department to contact the society and schools. As a member of the International Liaison Department, the necessary qualities are as follows: good communication skills, communication skills, adaptability, negotiation skills and good interpersonal relationships. Although this work is difficult, it is of great significance to the outreach work of our department and even our college.

3. Imagine next semester's activities: By next semester, freshmen will face CET-4. Taking this opportunity, our college can contact some institutions in the society to make up English lessons for on-site teaching, which can enhance students' understanding of CET-4 and bring benefits to businesses.
