Shenyang Institute of Education, located in Cui Wen Road, Dongling District, also known as Shenyang University Teachers College, has merged with Shenyang University. The school is not big, but the location is very good, near Hao San Street. There are postgraduate, undergraduate, junior college and adult education. Majors cover a wide range, but many people, including Shenyang people, often confuse Shenyang Institute of Education with Shenyang Normal University, Liaoning Institute of Education and other schools.
