Postgraduate entrance examination requirements
(1) China and China citizens.

(4) A candidate must meet one of the following qualifications:
1. Fresh undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized qualifications (the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma must be obtained before September of the year of admission 1). Including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges, as well as undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education).
2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.
3. Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to admission in September of that year 1, the same below) and above, have reached the same academic level as undergraduate graduates, and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of this unit.
4. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications shall apply for the examination according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates.
5. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.
6. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
Two, sign up for the national professional degree postgraduate entrance examination, according to the following provisions.
(a) to sign up for the entrance examination for master of laws (illegal study), the following conditions shall be met:
1. meets the requirements of article 16.
2. Previous majors were non-law majors (graduates of law majors [code: 030 1], graduates of law majors at junior college level, and graduates of self-taught law majors are not allowed to apply).
(2) A person who signs up for the entrance examination for Master of Laws (Law) graduate students shall meet the following conditions:
1. meets the requirements of article 16.
2. My previous major was law (only graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities, graduates of law at the junior college level, and graduates of self-taught law can apply for the exam).
(3) Those who sign up for the entrance examination for master's degree in business administration, public administration, engineering management, tourism management, project management in engineering master, education management in education master and competition organization in sports master must meet the following conditions:
1. meets the requirements of items (1), (2) and (3) of Article 16.
2. Persons with more than 3 years' working experience after graduating from university; Or a person who has more than 5 years of work experience after obtaining a diploma from a nationally recognized higher vocational college and has reached the same academic level as a college graduate; Or a person who has obtained a master's degree or doctoral degree and has more than 2 years of work experience.
(4) Persons who register for the entrance examination for graduate students of other professional degrees except for Master of Laws (illegal studies), Master of Laws (law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Management, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Tourism Management, Master of Education, and Competition Organization in Master of Physical Education shall meet the requirements in Article 16.
