Suggest postgraduate entrance examination. Recently, the demand for ordinary talents in China's civil engineering industry is almost saturated. A small design institute is ok, but if you want to learn something, you still have to go to a big design institute. Of course, if it doesn't matter, big design institutes still need graduate students or doctoral students.

The working environment of undergraduates is so bad that I was deeply touched when I was a graduate student.
