Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to standardize the enrollment work, ensure the smooth enrollment work of the school, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of the education authorities, combined with the actual enrollment work of our school.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of Ningbo University in 2020.
Article 3 The enrollment work of schools shall follow the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, conduct comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and select the best students, and accept the supervision of the higher-level enrollment authorities, the majority of candidates, their parents and all aspects of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 9 The school shall set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which shall be responsible for full-time undergraduate enrollment, study and formulate the enrollment policy of the school, study and determine the enrollment principles and specific measures of the school, and decide on major issues in the enrollment process.
Article 10 The leading group for undergraduate enrollment in schools shall set up an undergraduate enrollment office, which is a permanent institution to organize and implement undergraduate enrollment and related work, and shall be specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter IV Specialty Setting and Enrollment Plan
Twelfth schools recruit students in two ways: professional and professional. Among them, students enrolled by major choose major according to the principle of "voluntary+assessment" at the end of the first academic year, and those enrolled by major do not participate in professional diversion. "Trinity" Comprehensive Evaluation Method Enrollment majors and navigation majors are enrolled by majors and do not participate in professional diversion. Accounting (ACCA) and accounting (Canadian CPA) enroll students according to business administration. After entering the school, the students will be selected by the way of "personal will+academic performance", and the characteristic direction classes of Accounting (ACCA) and Accounting (Canadian Certified Public Accountant) will be set up respectively.
Article 13 Mathematics and applied mathematics (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) (Sino-US cooperation in actuarial science and risk management), tourism management (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) (Sino-French cooperation), human geography and urban and rural planning (Sino-French cooperation in running schools), and clothing and costume design (Sino-French cooperation) are enrolled by majors, and the school only recruits candidates who fill in the professional volunteers for Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. Fourteenth schools set up an honorary class "Yangming Innovation Class" composed of outstanding undergraduates to cultivate high-quality research-oriented talents. Yangming Innovation Class is a multi-disciplinary class group, which is selected after the entrance examination. Students in Yangming Innovation Class can choose their own majors in Dawen and Dali respectively (except arts, sports and Chinese-foreign cooperation). Students in Yangming Innovation Class implement personalized training plan and accept the dual training and management of Yangming College and professional college. The school provides high-quality teaching resources for Yangming innovative class, and gives strong policy and economic support in recommending graduate students who are exempt from examination and studying abroad. Fifteenth schools set up "top-notch talent innovation classes" in three majors related to "first-class" disciplines, namely: engineering mechanics (top-notch talent innovation class), aquaculture (top-notch talent innovation class) and communication engineering (top-notch talent innovation class). The school has formulated a special training plan for "Top Talents Innovation Class", allocated high-quality teaching resources, and given strong policy and economic support in recommending graduate students who are exempt from exams and studying abroad. Sixteenth schools recruit students for the whole country, and the enrollment plan shall be subject to the enrollment plan announced by the competent departments of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions).

Twentieth art majors enrollment in accordance with the provisions of the "2020 Ningbo University Fine Arts Undergraduate Admissions Guide" and "2020 Ningbo University Musicology (Normal) Undergraduate Admissions Guide".
Twenty-first school sports special students selection and admission work in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education, the provincial admissions department and the school. There are two special enrollment plans for sports, namely track and field and basketball. The enrollment plan includes 8 track and field athletes and 4 basketball players (boys only). Candidates who have achieved the required results in the national unified cultural examination for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, the special physical education test for the enrollment of physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province (hereinafter referred to as the special physical education test), and the physical education technical examination are admitted according to the following principles: track and field events are selected according to the results of the special physical education test (refer to the ranking of individual results); Basketball events are selected from high to low according to the results of sports special tests; Sports special test rankings or results are the same, according to the sports skills test scores from high to low admission; If the results of the physical education examination are still the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the results of the national unified culture examination for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities.
Chapter VI Admission Rules, Individual Subjects and Physical Conditions
Twenty-second requirements for the health of candidates, the implementation of the Ministry of education and other departments issued the "guiding opinions on the work of physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities". In the guiding opinions, "No admission to our school" and "No admission to related majors in our school" are implemented in principle.
Twenty-third schools implement the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidates are located.
(1) Admission to schools in Zhejiang Province shall be implemented in accordance with the Work Plan for Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province in 2020. Parallel admission to ordinary classes in Zhejiang Province is to implement professional parallel volunteer according to the candidates' total scores in the college entrance examination on the premise that the candidates meet the scope of the selected subjects, and the candidates who enter the file are directly admitted to the majors (classes) selected by the candidates.
(2) The admission rules of the school in Shanghai are: 1. Professional admission: after receiving the application, professional admission will be made according to the results of the professional group of the college. According to the principle of parallel volunteer, determine the examinee's major. 2. Professional transfer admission: When all the majors reported by the candidates are completed, professional transfer admission will be conducted according to whether the volunteers reported by the candidates obey the professional volunteer transfer. Professional transfer admission can only be carried out in the professional group of the institution where the candidate's file is located. 3. Drop-out treatment: Candidates who cannot be admitted because they do not meet the professional voluntary adjustment and professional admission conditions will be dropped out of school. Among them, the professional (class) volunteers reported by the candidates must meet the requirements of the subjects selected by the professional group.
(3) The admission rules of this school in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are as follows: Admission is based on the principle of professional voluntary queuing.
(4) The admission rules of this school in Jiangsu Province are as follows: The necessary conditions for the admission of candidates in Jiangsu Province are subject to the announcement of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute, and the candidates are selected according to the rule of "score first, then grade".
(5) The admission rules for schools in other provinces are as follows: according to the situation of students in each province (city, autonomous region), determine the transfer ratio, and according to the batch of parallel volunteer, the transfer ratio should not exceed105% in principle; Voluntarily file in turn according to batches, and the file transfer ratio shall not exceed 120% in principle.
Twenty-fourth schools in the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) according to the number of enrollment plans by major or sub-major, according to the results of investment, there is no difference in scores between professional categories (or majors).
Twenty-fifth maritime majors in the provinces in advance (in batches) enrollment. According to the relevant documents, with the consent of the admissions authorities of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions), if the enrollment plan is not completed on the same batch line, the admission can be reduced by 20 points (this policy is not applicable because of the segmented admission in Zhejiang Province). Among them, the physical examination requirements of navigation technology specialty are: the height of male is not less than 165cm, the height of female is not less than 160cm, and the naked vision of both eyes is above 4.6 or the corrected vision is above 4.8; Physical examination requirements for marine engineering specialty: the height of men and women should be no less than 155cm, and the naked eye vision of both eyes should be above 4.6 or corrected vision should be above 4.8. They all recruit English candidates.
Article 26 The language of public foreign language classes in schools is English.
Article 27 The requirements of some enrollment majors (classes) in the school for single-subject scores in the college entrance examination are: law (Yangming innovation) requires that the single-subject scores in English (foreign language) should be no less than120; Mathematics class (Yangming innovation class) requires that the score of single subject in mathematics is not less than120; English, Japanese, German, English (normal) and other majors require English (foreign language) scores to be no less than115; English (teachers in normal primary schools) and business administration (mutual recognition of credits between China and Canada) require English (foreign language) scores to be no less than 1 10. The above results are calculated according to the total score of single subject 150, and are converted according to the actual total score of single subject in the general college entrance examination in each province.
English (foreign language) single subject is not qualified, according to the annual level of 5 points; The maximum drop shall not exceed 10.
Twenty-eighth schools recognize and implement the policies and regulations formulated by the departments in charge of enrollment in various provinces (cities and autonomous regions) on adding or subtracting points.
Chapter VII Admission Examination, Fees, Awards and Subsidies
Twenty-ninth freshmen admitted to our school should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by our school. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to take time off or take time off overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
After the new students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with by the school according to the relevant regulations until the admission qualification is cancelled.
Thirtieth school fees strictly implement the standards approved or filed by Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau. Except for Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, tuition fees for other undergraduate majors are charged according to the credit system, that is, professional tuition fees are charged according to the majors studied and credit tuition fees are charged according to the total credits of the courses studied. Freshmen pay in advance in the first academic year according to the academic year tuition standard, and pay in the second academic year according to the sum of the actual credit tuition and professional tuition in the previous academic year, and so on, and settle the tuition in the previous academic year when they graduate.
According to the professional enrollment, the first academic year is charged according to the professional tuition standard, and the second academic year after the professional diversion is charged according to the professional tuition standard.
Thirty-first schools have government scholarships, various school scholarships and donated scholarships. For students with financial difficulties, policies such as green channel, national student loan, tuition fee reduction and exemption, difficult subsidy, scholarship, work-study program and social assistance are implemented.
Article 32 The school will set up a freshman scholarship for students in Zhejiang Province. The condition of winning the prize is that the total score of the general college entrance examination exceeds 50 points in a certain section of Zhejiang Province, and the students are studying in our school and rank in the top 20 of our school (if there are scores tied, they shall be determined by the ranking number). The reward amount is 5000 yuan/person.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 34 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Undergraduate Admissions Office of Ningbo University. If the original enrollment system and regulations of the school are inconsistent with the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state and higher education authorities, the relevant policies of the state and higher education authorities shall prevail.
