What are the problems of contemporary college students' weak legal concept?
As long as there are four aspects to the problem of contemporary college students' weak legal concept:

1, lack of legal knowledge At present, there are two main ways for college students to learn legal knowledge. One is course study. At present, except for students majoring in law, students of other majors mainly acquire legal knowledge through the course of "Basic Law"; The second is to accept media publicity. The media's legal propaganda is the direct way for most non-law students to learn legal knowledge. The legal knowledge obtained by these two ways is limited and not systematic, so it is difficult to better establish legal thinking and concepts.

2. Poor awareness of rights. Right consciousness is to realize that you have inherent rights as a human being, including economic rights, political rights, social rights and ecological rights; And clearly understand the legitimacy, feasibility and boundary of rights, be brave in safeguarding rights, and respect and safeguard the legitimate rights of the state, the collective and others. At present, most college students are unwilling and afraid to protect their legitimate rights and interests, whether in study and life or in work and employment, because they have long been defined by the role of management. Their legitimate rights have been violated, and if they are left unchecked, they will feel unlucky.

3. The confidence and pursuit of the rule of law is not strong. Due to the one-sided influence of society and family, some college students misunderstand the rule of law, thinking that the rule of law cannot fundamentally solve various social ills, that "there is no difference between the rule of man and the rule of law", and that they cannot establish correct legal values and simply regard the rule of law as a "tool". Some college students even think that China's "power should be greater than the law", like to settle and tolerate things, and think that the struggle can't produce any practical results.

4. Weak awareness of law-abiding. Abiding by the law is an important requirement for building a society ruled by law. Nowadays, many college students think that obeying the law is a constraint on personality and limits personal freedom. Dare to break the law is dare to break the rules and challenge the secular. In recent years, the crime rate of college students has risen instead of falling, which is rooted in their weak awareness of obeying the law.
