In his speech, he introduced and interpreted many laws, regulations and judicial interpretations from the perspective of insurance law, and combined with judicial cases and trial practice, he concentrated on on-the-spot analysis and answering questions on the identification of some insurance accidents, the burden of proof in litigation cases, and the exemption clauses in insurance contracts.

The Central Plains Financial Trial Forum was jointly organized by Taiping Property Insurance Henan Branch and China Judicial Case Research Center. It is an innovative exploration to solve insurance disputes fairly and reasonably according to law, and it is also a good start for insurance industry associations to influence the fair judicial environment.
