Poor interpersonal relationship in college?
This state can be adjusted by psychology.

One situation is that I don't want to waste time socializing, and I like to refuse people. In the end, no one asked me out to play, but I am really happy with this state. Now a sophomore, I have been wandering back and forth in the dormitory-canteen-classroom-gym-library. Actually, I'm quite happy. My scores in every exam are quite high, and I got more than 650 points in Band 4.

Many people are just too sociable, learn nothing and go out to play in their spare time. Of course, there are some scholars who can continue to socialize crazily while their GPA is ridiculously high, but after all, they are a minority.

If you are an extrovert unlike me, change your strategy, actively seek opportunities to communicate with others, join more clubs and participate in more activities, and know more and more people, so you won't feel lonely.

Please adopt it if it helps.
