The student apartment is designed as six rooms and four halls, equipped with indoor bathrooms, washrooms, integrated furniture of beds, wardrobes and study tables, and complete telephone and network interfaces to meet the needs of students' study and life.

In order to meet students' accommodation needs and improve the quality of accommodation, the school began to introduce social funds to build student apartments in 2000. In 2006, it raised funds to build graduate apartments 10500 square meters, and in 2009, the student apartments were 8 100 square meters.

Jiamusi University (school code: 1 1444) is located in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, which has the best ecological charm in China. After more than 60 years of development and construction, it has become one of the key high-level universities in Heilongjiang Province, which integrates postgraduate education, general higher education, continuing education and international student education. The current party secretary of the school is Sun Denglin, and the current principal is Qiu Hongbin.
