Qilu Teachers College is a provincial public full-time normal college.

The college, formerly known as the School of Education of East China University, was founded in 1948. 1960, renamed Shandong Institute of Education; 20 10 was renamed Qilu Teachers College with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the provincial government.
