1982 graduated from the history department of China Renmin University in July. 1982 Since autumn, he has been a teacher in the Department of Language and Literature of Beijing Broadcasting Institute, 1987 as a lecturer, 1993 as a teacher in the Department of Radio and Television Literature, 1994 as an associate professor and 1999 as a professor. He is currently the dean of the College of Literature of Communication University of China.
Main research interests: radio and television art theory and television culture.
