Shandong Normal University's Articles of Association for Undergraduate Enrollment in 2022 Chapter I General Provisions
The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of Shandong Provincial Department of Education, combined with the actual enrollment work of Shandong Normal University.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of general higher education in Shandong Normal University in 2022.
Article 2 The principle of "fairness, impartiality and openness" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of schools, and the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment authorities shall be strictly implemented.
Article 3 The school enrollment work shall be carried out in the "Sunshine Project" and shall be supervised by students, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter IV Enrollment Specialty and Plan
Twelfth schools in accordance with the enrollment scale approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education in 2022, according to the school development planning and school conditions, combined with previous enrollment, professional training and graduate employment, the preparation of this year's enrollment plan. Chapter V Access Principles
Article 14 Schools shall conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) on enrollment, and determine whether to accept or not according to the candidates' college entrance examination results, college entrance examination rankings, artistic and sports professional achievements, professional volunteers, physical examination and comprehensive quality evaluation.
General professional admission principles
1. According to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), determine the enrollment ratio according to the requirements of the enrollment department of the province where the students are located.
2. Candidates into the file professional admission principles:
Admission is based on the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". Candidates who enter the file are determined according to the results of the college entrance examination from high to low, and the admission major is determined according to the professional volunteers reported by the candidates. In Inner Mongolia, the principle of "1: 1 queuing for admission according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan" is implemented.
In the reform of college entrance examination in Beijing and other provinces (cities), the admission work is carried out in accordance with the relevant provincial (city) documents. Candidates' elective subjects should meet the requirements of our enrollment major (class). In Shanghai and other provinces (cities) that file according to professional groups, the majors are arranged in the same professional group according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers".
When the results of filing are the same, if the principle of determining the ranking is stipulated by the source of students, the highest ranking will be given priority; If the principle of ranking determination is not specified, the ranking of literature and history (or history) shall be determined in turn according to the scores of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, and the ranking of science and engineering (or physics) shall be determined in turn according to the scores of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese, with priority given to those with high rankings; When all subjects have the same scores, candidates will be selected on the basis of factors such as the scores of the high school proficiency test.
(B) admission principles for art majors
1. The proportion of investment is determined by the admissions department of the province where the student is located.
2. Candidates admission principles:
(1) Fine arts and environmental design majors use the results of the Shandong Provincial Fine Arts Unified Examination for enrollment. After the candidates enter the file, according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", they are admitted according to the comprehensive scores of Shandong fine arts; When the comprehensive scores are the same, the scores of the unified examination, the cultural scores of the college entrance examination (including extra points) and the ranking of the college entrance examination are compared in turn, and the higher scores or rankings are preferred.
Outside Shandong province, use the results of the unified examination of fine arts in the original province. After the candidates enter the file, according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", they will be admitted to the major according to the results of the unified examination of fine arts. When the results of the unified examination of fine arts (joint examination) are the same, the scores of filing, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination (including extra points) and the ranking of the college entrance examination are compared in turn, and the higher score or ranking is preferred.
(2) Musicology major enrolls students in Shandong Province, and uses the results of Shandong Music Unified Examination. After the candidates enter the file, they will be admitted according to the total score of the unified examination on the principle of "score first and voluntariness"; When the total score of the unified examination is the same, the college entrance examination files, cultural achievements (including extra points) and college entrance examination rankings are compared in turn, and the higher score or ranking is preferred.
(3) Candidates who enroll music performance majors in Shandong Province and whose skills 1 2 meet the requirements of professional enrollment direction shall be admitted according to the principle of "score priority and voluntariness" and the single skill score corresponding to singing or musical instruments specified in the enrollment professional direction; When the scores of individual skills are the same, compare the total score of the unified examination, the score of filing, the cultural score of the college entrance examination (including extra points) and the ranking of the college entrance examination in turn, and the higher score or ranking is preferred.
(4) Dance majors are enrolled in Shandong Province, and the results of the unified examination of dance (artistic dance) in Shandong Province are used. After the candidates enter the file, they will be admitted according to the results of the unified examination in accordance with the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers"; When the results of the unified examination are the same, compare the scores of the entrance examination, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination (including extra points) and the ranking of the college entrance examination in turn, and give priority to those with higher scores or rankings.
(5) The major of aviation service art and management (school-enterprise cooperation) adopts the scores of Shandong aviation service art entrance examination and college entrance examination culture (including extra points) to calculate the comprehensive scores, of which the scores of the entrance examination account for 60% and the scores of college entrance examination culture account for 40%. The scores of the joint entrance examination and the cultural scores of the college entrance examination (including extra points) are converted into percentiles respectively and then added in proportion to form a comprehensive score. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high scores to low scores according to their comprehensive scores; When the comprehensive scores are the same, the scores of the joint entrance examination, the cultural scores of the college entrance examination (including extra points) and the ranking of the college entrance examination are compared in turn, and the higher scores or rankings are preferred.
(6) Drama, film and television literature, radio and television director majors use the results of the provincial unified examination (joint examination), and according to the principle of "score priority and voluntariness", the candidates who enter the two majors will uniformly determine the admission majors according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination (including extra points). When the cultural scores of the college entrance examination (including extra points) are the same, the ranking, filing scores and unified examination scores of the college entrance examination are compared in turn, and those with higher rankings or scores are preferred.
(3) The principle of enrollment for sports majors
1. The proportion of investment is determined by the admissions department of the province where the student is located.
2. Candidates admission principles:
After the candidates majoring in sports and social sports guidance and management enter the archives, they will determine the major of admission according to the file results in accordance with the principle of "score first, follow the will"; When the scores are the same, compare the cultural achievements of physical education major and college entrance examination in turn (including extra points), and the one with higher scores is preferred.
(four) comprehensive evaluation of enrollment, high-level athletes and other types of enrollment admission principles, the relevant policies at the next higher level and the enrollment brochure published by the school shall prevail.
(5) The admission principle of normal students at public expense follows the relevant policies of the higher authorities, which do not involve the implementation of the admission principles of general, art and physical education corresponding to some reference schools.
(6) When the candidate's performance in filing can't meet the professional wishes, if the candidate doesn't obey the professional adjustment, he will be dismissed.
Article 15 Other requirements
1. foreign language: English majors require candidates' foreign language to be English; Candidates of other majors are not limited in language.
2. Physical examination standard: According to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary regulations.
Chapter VI Tuition Standards and Subsidy Policies
Sixteenth schools in accordance with the provincial development and Reform Commission, the provincial department of finance, the provincial department of education approved fees and related regulations. Refund of fees shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fees of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (No.98 [2018]) issued by the general office of the provincial government.
Article 17 The school subsidizes students to complete their studies through various forms, such as awards, loans, assistance, subsidies and exemptions. Students from poor families can apply for student loans, "green channels", scholarships, tuition fee remission, work-study programs and other funded projects. The funding conditions and standards shall be implemented by the school according to the financial situation of students' families and in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Student Financial Assistance Funds in Shandong Province (Cai Lu Science and Education [2020]15) and the relevant regulations of the school.
Chapter VII Qualification Examination and Certificate Issuance
Eighteenth new students, the school will be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the qualification of colleges and universities for examination. Those who fail the second interview shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
Article 19 Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the study period stipulated by the school and met the requirements for graduation from the school shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of general higher education, and those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the corresponding degrees and degree certificates. Chapter VIII Others
Twentieth schools do not entrust any institutions or individuals to handle matters related to enrollment. The school will investigate the legal responsibility of institutions or individuals who carry out illegal enrollment propaganda and other activities in the name of Shandong Normal University.
Article 21 If this course conflicts with the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of the superior shall prevail. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior.
