First, determine whether to declare.

Song Chunchu first introduced the requirements of this Red Culture Festival in detail, and shared the notice on the bidding of the eighth "Luojia Red Culture Festival" project. After studying the application requirements of this activity, the party committees of all branches agreed that it was necessary to make efforts in the application, so they decided to apply for this branch.

Second, determine the theme.

After the declaration was finalized, the branch committees expressed their opinions on the theme of the declaration.

Song Chunchu thinks that the theme of "Dialogue with Faith" in the notice is very meaningful, which can make party member's banner force influence every young party member like the spring breeze and improve the ideological construction level of the student party branch. However, we need to be able to invite outstanding party experts or scholars to hold special lectures or interviews, which is difficult to implement.

Wang Zengmin suggested holding a theme activity of "* * * promoting the development of branches" with other branches, organizing party branch secretaries to carry out work discussions, and thoroughly discussing the difficulties and problems existing in students' party building work. Holding it together with other branches will also contribute to the exchange and development between branches. However, due to time constraints, it is difficult to get in touch with other branches and reach an understanding.

Chen Xinyue thinks that the theme of "Practice leads to true knowledge" is more interesting and operable. On the one hand, orienteering can integrate some theoretical knowledge question-and-answer activities into it, on the other hand, it also gives comrades a higher enthusiasm for participation, which can be described as killing two birds with one stone.

Finally, everyone agreed that the theme of "learning from practical investigation" is more suitable for the registration requirements of this Red Culture Festival, and it is planned to carry out this activity by combining outdoor orienteering with answering questions.

Third, determine the division of labor in writing the declaration.

After discussion, it was decided that the activity was divided into three routes, namely, the route of A Department of Arts and Sciences, the route of B Department of Engineering and the route of C Department of Information. * * * Activities that require 12, each participant needs to come up with four levels through search and thinking within 2 days, and then focus on discussion and screening.
