Shandong Vocational and Technical College has two campuses, namely East Campus and West Campus. The school is located in Jining City, Shandong Province, and is an ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government.

Shandong Polytechnic Vocational College, formerly known as Shandong Trade Staff University, was founded in 1950 and 1998, and was identified as an institution for holding general higher vocational education by the provincial education department.
