Popularization of knowledge in university graduate schools: In China, graduate schools (departments and departments, the same below) refer to:
(a) the internal departments responsible for organizing and implementing postgraduate education in the units undertaking postgraduate training tasks;
(2) Independent institutions specializing in postgraduate training. The former can also be called "departmental graduate school" or "non-substantive graduate school", and its nature is the same as that of college admissions office, academic affairs office and student affairs office. The latter can be called "independent legal person graduate school" or "entity graduate school", and it is a public welfare legal person engaged in higher education.
In addition, from the perspective of the organizers of graduate education, there are two kinds of graduate schools in China: graduate schools of universities, graduate schools of scientific research institutions and graduate schools of party schools. The former are basically non-substantive graduate schools, such as Peking University Graduate School; Some of the latter belong to substantive graduate schools, such as the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
