The practice diary of art students can be described from three aspects. First of all, it can describe the specific work content of internship. Second, we should describe the problems encountered in the internship process. Third, describe the knowledge learned during the internship.
Practice Diary of Art Students 1
This week, I began to learn in-depth business knowledge related to the position. With the help of my colleagues, I started with the norms, that is, I became familiar with the current norms of the art design profession, and then I remembered the necessary knowledge related to various jobs. After two days of hard research, I can finally understand the structural construction drawing basically. After the preliminary internship, I probably understood the whole workflow. Today, I began to formally participate in some core work, and the master assigned me tasks. I'm glad that the knowledge of art and design I learned in college can be really applied. This is a test for me and also gives me an opportunity. Therefore, I will try my best to do it well. I gained some experience in the course of working: believe in yourself in the course of working. If I can't do this, you can't be a good employee or a good leader. A person who believes in himself will walk radiant and make the boss look like you have endless energy; A person who believes in himself will be generous when dealing with others. All these can help the boss to cultivate confidence in you and entrust him with important tasks when necessary. As you treat others, others will treat you. At work, treat others as yourself. When you are in trouble, your good deed will lead to another good deed. When others are in trouble, lend a helping hand enthusiastically. In the workplace, try to be a good person who is kind to others, so that when you accidentally make a mistake at work or face a critical moment of salary increase and promotion, you can minimize the risk of being shot in the back by others.
Diary of Art Students' Internship II
Today, the instructor told me to go to other units to visit and study with him in ten minutes, and asked me to bring a pen and notebook. He also said to me: "The last task was completed beautifully, and I am very satisfied." He also praised me for my solid basic knowledge of art design, and I was one of the art design students he had ever seen with strong hands-on ability. I almost screamed with excitement. After several days of hard work, my efforts were not in vain. Nothing excites me more than getting master's approval. Through this period of understanding, it turns out that Master is not such a humble person. I have heard many amazing stories about him from my colleagues. If I can learn something from him, it will definitely be of great help to my internship and future career development. On the way outside, the master said, my task these days is to expand on the basis of last time. This week, I summed up that one of the golden rules of success in the workplace is to be responsible, do your best and work hard. Never try to perfunctory your boss at work. Some people have visited many successful people. One of their common characteristics is that they spend far more time and energy on their work than they need on the job itself. I believe I can do better.
Diary of Art Students' Practice 3
On Monday, I started working in the branch with several other colleagues, so my recent work place has been in the unit branch. Every morning after arriving at the general unit, I went straight to the unit branch. Although I am not so comfortable and relaxed in the office, I have goals to achieve now, so I feel more fulfilled than I did in the office some time ago, and time will feel faster. During this period, the staff of the unit branch were very kind to me. In practical work, the knowledge of college art design major is still insufficient, and many of them need to continue to study at work, so they have encountered some troubles at work. After knowing my work tasks, my colleagues actively helped me and told me the differences they summed up, which suddenly made me feel that every task could be mastered, because their help completely accelerated my work process. If you really want to do something, you need perseverance. No matter what field we want to accomplish, if you have set a goal, you must persevere. Rome wasn't built in a day. As long as you work hard day by day, one day, the quantitative change will be qualitative. This week, I summed up my feelings of frustration at work. I met some setbacks in the course of my work. Regarding setbacks, some workplace experts have long summed up a famous saying: "How can people not be stabbed when they are floating in the workplace?" This is a free and easy working attitude. To cope with setbacks in work, just change the direction of your efforts slightly. Perhaps the better point is also important. Please encourage yourself when you are in trouble. Please don't show your cards to others unless you have to. You know, when you are in trouble, the price of the help you ask is always more expensive.
Diary of Art Students' Internship 4
This Monday is the 0/0 anniversary celebration of my internship unit/kloc. Colleagues suggest holding a party in the evening, and unmarried people, married people, regular employees and interns can all attend. Although I haven't been here for a long time, my colleagues said that I must attend and I am not allowed to make excuses not to go. I think this is a good opportunity for me to know more about it, and to take care of my colleagues so well. I told them that the working atmosphere here makes people feel relaxed and everyone is so kind. They told me that except the director is a local, all the other staff members come from all corners of the country, so it is inevitable that everyone will understand each other and help each other when they are together. Who doesn't have difficulties when people are away? Yeah, who doesn't have a problem when people are outside? What a simple but warm sentence. This weekend, I found problems at work. We talked to them with a consultative attitude and tone. Although their current positions are equal to or worse than yours, the three of us must have my teacher, and maybe they also have a lot of practical things in their work. How to get along with colleagues around you is very important for young people who have just joined the work or arrived at a new unit. Learning to get along with others can help you avoid detours and succeed at an early date. In fact, if everyone wants to succeed, it is not enough to have a strong working ability. You must walk on two legs, not only trying to do your job well, but also dealing with interpersonal relationships.
Diary of Art Students' Internship 5
I have been practicing for more than two months before I know it. Many times, I feel that I have not been reused by the leaders, and I have only done some unimportant chores, and my proposal or work has not been affirmed by the boss. When you can't make achievements, there will be pressure from all sides, glances from the boss and ridicule from colleagues. At school, there are classmates and teachers who care and support, and they just attend classes every day, which is very relaxed. As the saying goes, it is better to study for more than ten years than to work for one or two years. Although the two-month internship is not long, I learned a lot from it, about being a man, doing things and studying. "All heroes are our generation. As soon as they entered the rivers and lakes, they were immediately urged. " With the change from school to social environment, people around you have completely changed their roles, teachers have become bosses, classmates have become colleagues, and their ways of getting along are completely different. In this great change, we may be confused and unable to adapt to the new environment immediately. We may not like the cruel competition between enterprises, and we can't stand the indifferent eyes and words between colleagues.
Diary of Art Students' Internship 6
Some time ago, I graduated from college majoring in art and design, and I needed to ask for leave and go back to work in the office. It felt like a long time ago. I still came to the office early to tidy up, plug in the power of the water dispenser, boil the boiling water, and then put on today's new newspaper. I didn't expect this to become a habit of being a lazy person, but now I feel at ease after finishing these things. Colleagues began to come to work in succession. I didn't expect everyone to remember when I went back to school, saying that they still wanted me to come back early when I was away. Moreover, he told me that my master was more worried about me, fearing that I would not adapt to the working environment and come to the internship. He informs his colleagues to ask about me every day. These warm cares always inspire me and make me more motivated. Although I thought interns would be bullied, everyone was very kind to me. In such a working atmosphere, who will not work with peace of mind, and how can the boss worry about employee job-hopping? This week, I read a book in my spare time called "Taking Work as a Career". There are some wonderful things in the book: I remember a philosopher saying that if a person can regard work as a career, then he is half successful. Unfortunately, for some people today, work is not equal to career. In their eyes, looking for a job, looking for a job, is to support the family and muddle along. In reality, we often see two different kinds of people. Some people like to work overtime every day, and some people will complain if they work overtime occasionally.
