Migration of household registration relationship

Students in Beijing are not allowed to transfer their hukou. Students who stay or work in Beijing after graduation and obtain Beijing hukou (including collective hukou) are advised not to transfer their hukou. It is suggested that students from other provinces and cities move their registered permanent residence to registered permanent residence during their school days. 5. The household registration certificate must be submitted to the school for registration and collective settlement. It cannot be in my hand, and a copy of the household registration certificate should be kept for future reference.

Physical examination arrangement

After the freshmen report for duty, the school collectively arranges physical examination. According to the Beijing medical fee standard, the medical examination fee for freshmen is 160 yuan, including general health examination, total bilirubin (chemical method), blood sugar, blood routine, X-ray examination, liver function-alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatinine (picric acid method), urea nitrogen and uric acid, and establishment of health records. Vaccination fee is 90 yuan, diphtheria (free) and leprosy cheek (leprosy cheek is a valuable vaccine, and those who have been vaccinated can be exempted from vaccination with vaccination certificate). Payment method of related expenses

In order to implement the regulations of the Ministry of Education [1999] No.5 on tuition fees, the school decided to collect tuition fees and accommodation fees through the UnionPay card of Agricultural Bank of China, and the financial department of the school will send me the receipt when reporting. Please keep the password properly to prevent others from stealing it. If you forget your password, please go to the counter to report the loss of your password. The password cannot be a numeric combination of the cardholder's birthday (such as 92 12 12) and arithmetic progression (such as 456).

Baggage consignment and travel expenses

When you check your luggage, you must attach the luggage check label of our school and check it with the train number of the ticket. Don't send it slowly. In addition to checked baggage, you need to carry a small amount of clothes with you for use when the baggage cannot arrive in time. When I check in, I can claim my baggage on campus with the baggage consignment note. The railway department sent the luggage directly to the school. However, the railway department will charge a fee for each piece of luggage 10 yuan.

Please be sure to claim your baggage at the specified time, otherwise, you will claim it yourself. The size of the suitcase carried shall not exceed 80cm×50cm×35cm. The registration time for freshmen in our school is 9:00- 16:00 on September 2. Please come to the school newspaper at the appointed time.
