In order to standardize management and improve the quality of graduation design (thesis) of our university, the following provisions are made.
I. Objectives and requirements
The basic teaching purpose of undergraduate graduation project (thesis) is to cultivate undergraduates' comprehensive application of knowledge and skills, improve their ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and cultivate students' innovative exploration spirit, serious scientific attitude and rigorous and realistic work style in practice.
Graduation design (thesis) requires students to comprehensively apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills to solve practical problems in their major. In order to ensure the quality of graduation design (thesis), the college should make arrangements for professional course design, comprehensive experiment, independent design experiment, graduation practice and other practical teaching links before graduation design (thesis). In graduation design (thesis), we should pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, broaden their knowledge, pay attention to cultivating students' comprehensive ability and develop their creativity. Students who have spare capacity for study can participate in the teacher's scientific research activities in advance.
Second, organization and management.
The undergraduate graduation design (thesis) work is led by the principal in charge and the director of the practice teaching department of the academic affairs office of the school, and is organized and implemented by all colleges.

Undergraduate graduation design (thesis) is generally arranged to be written in the eighth semester, but the topic selection of graduation design (thesis) and the assignment of instructors should be completed before the end of the seventh semester. Undergraduate graduation design (thesis) work must be completed one month before graduation.

Tutor responsibility system is implemented in undergraduate graduation design (thesis) teaching. Each instructor should be fully responsible for all teaching activities in the whole graduation design (thesis) stage.
Conditions for instructing teachers
1. Instructors should be people with certain research experience, rigorous scholarship, practical work, lecturers or equivalent intermediate titles. In principle, people with junior titles do not guide graduation design (thesis) alone, but they can help guide teachers' work. Instructors are arranged by departments (departments, institutes, centers), which are reviewed and filed by the college.
