Liang Fang, female, born in July, 1965, Manchu, naval senior colonel, graduated from National Defense University with a doctorate in military strategy. At present, she is a professor in the Military Strategy Teaching and Research Department of the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, majoring in Grade 6, a doctoral supervisor, the deputy secretary-general of the Military Ocean Professional Committee of the Chinese Oceanographic Society, the national March 8th red flag bearer, and one of the first standing female publicity experts in the whole army.
