Two copies. Hunan Normal University Vocational and Technical College was founded on August 9th, 1989. It is one of the earliest vocational and technical colleges established in China with World Bank loans and national supporting construction funds, and it is also a secondary college established by the First College of Hunan Normal University. Hunan Normal University Vocational and Technical College is the second batch of enrollment in Hunan, so it is usually said that the school is two institutions. The college mainly recruits students for ordinary high schools, vocational secondary schools and vocational high schools, and trains technical application talents for enterprises and institutions for the market.
