Luo, male, Han nationality,19771/born in June, is a member of the Jiu San Society. He graduated from the University of G? ttingen, Germany with a doctorate, is a professor at the School of Life Sciences of Southwest University, a doctoral supervisor, and is the deputy director of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Jiu San Society.

Luo's main research direction is the molecular regulation mechanism of the development and regeneration of endodermal tissues and organs represented by liver and pancreas, and he is in charge of 12 scientific research, talent and team project. Among them, the project in the field of "development and reproductive research" in 2008 made him the youngest chief scientist since the implementation of the "National Key Basic Research Development Plan" (973 Plan) 12.
