In recent years, due to various social factors and the increasing number of college graduates, the employment rate of college students continues to be sluggish and the employment situation is worrying. The employment difficulty of college students has aroused great concern from all walks of life. Why is this happening? Through this summer research activity, in the final analysis, the main reason is that college students have a weak sense of career planning and cannot design career planning correctly. Effectively solving this problem can improve the current employment situation to some extent.
1. The current situation of college students' career planning
Career planning refers to the combination of individuals and organizations, on the basis of measuring, analyzing and summarizing the subjective and objective conditions of a person's career, comprehensively analyzing and weighing their own interests, hobbies, abilities, specialties, experiences and shortcomings, combining with the characteristics of the times and according to their own career tendencies, determining their best career goals and making effective arrangements for achieving this goal.
Recently, the Career Development Center of Fudan University conducted a questionnaire survey in seven universities including Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Tongji University. Among more than 2,000 college students surveyed, 176 students are familiar with career planning, but less than 10% of the total. 34% of college students don't know the definition of career planning or even have never heard of it, and 52.5% of them don't know what they will do in the future. All kinds of data show that college students have a weak sense of career planning and no clear career goals, which makes it difficult for graduates to find jobs that suit them.
2. Accurate self-positioning is an important prerequisite for career planning.
Self-orientation means that college students should have a clear understanding and correct evaluation of their own strength, that is, they should clearly understand "What can I do?" And "what am I good at?" Compared with those students who have a weak sense of self-positioning, students with accurate self-positioning are more likely to have a clear idea in career planning. Among the more than 2,000 college students surveyed above, 35% are very clear about their personality, interests and specialties, 16.3% are very clear about their favorite occupations and dislikes, and 1 1.7% are very clear about their career development plans in the next three to five years. A variety of data show that contemporary college students face employment difficulties, have no clear goals and directions, have a weak sense of self-positioning, can not know themselves well, can not plan and design correctly in career planning, and can not correctly coordinate the all-round development of their own abilities. They are passively pushed into the tide of employment when they graduate, which leads to employment difficulties and frequent job hopping.
3. The main countermeasures of college students' career planning.

With the expansion and popularization of colleges and universities, college students' sense of social superiority has gradually lost and the competition has become increasingly fierce. It is imperative to solve the employment problem. At present, there are many situations among college students, such as low interest in learning, low enthusiasm, truancy, absence from class, irregular life and poor mental state. When choosing a job, it is not only lack of competitiveness, but also blind, which often adversely affects its sustainable development. Many graduates always overestimate their abilities and cannot objectively evaluate themselves in the process of choosing jobs. Analysis of the above phenomenon is mainly due to weak self-positioning awareness and insufficient self-cognition. College students should have a clear understanding and correct evaluation of their own strength, interests and personality characteristics, understand the needs of employers and enterprises for talents, deeply analyze the needs of themselves and society, what abilities need to be continuously strengthened, what kind of occupation suits them, and accurately position themselves.

If college students can plan their future career, strengthen the pertinence of study and practice, acquire relevant knowledge consciously and purposefully, cultivate relevant skills, or adjust themselves in time to make relevant preparations for future employment. Therefore, from the moment college students enter the university, they should always pay attention to what kind of talents the society needs, and plan their future career with self-positioning.
3.2. 1 Fully understand the characteristics of the profession and social needs, and make positioning in combination with your own major.
After four years of study in college, you have a deeper understanding of your major and a certain ability. Then, before graduation, you can make a full investigation on the fields of work related to your major in the society through various channels, and then make a careful analysis of the materials obtained, so as to determine what kind of job you should look for on the basis of fully understanding the development background of the industry.
