The concept of harmonious community comes from harmonious society. In the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as one of the goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it is proposed to make the society more harmonious. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, our party officially regarded "building a harmonious socialist society" as one of the five governing abilities of the party. Concept of domestic representative: Harmonious Community Development Center (or GOCO) is a private non-enterprise legal person association registered in Haidian District Civil Affairs Bureau in 2005 by the community governance research group of the former Center for Institutional Analysis and Public Policy Research of Renmin University of China, and also a research institution under the Institute of Public Policy of China Renmin University. In 20 13, the center was rated as 4A(AAAA) social organization by the civil affairs department, and has been rated as an advanced social organization unit in Haidian District of Beijing every year since 2008.
