Part of it is an electronic version, which can be read by computer and records all your information from elementary school to high school.
Generally, its contents mainly include five parts: registration information, physical examination information, voluntary information, achievement information, and integrity records of candidates taking the college entrance examination. College admission is mainly based on the electronic files of candidates.
The other part is the form of portfolio, which mainly includes practice records and party group information. These files will be transferred to the university with you after the college entrance examination.

The electronic version of the college entrance examination file is established by the school where the college entrance examination candidates are located (including student's name, date of birth, student status number, ID number, nationality, parents' name, contact telephone number, ideological and political moral assessment or comments, etc.). ), properly kept by the schools.
At the same time, the electronic files will be sent to the academic affairs office of the school for preservation, to the local admissions office for preservation, and to the provincial admissions office and the education department for preservation. Candidates are responsible for the consequences of registration information and volunteer information in electronic files due to errors in filling or proofreading. The "files" mentioned in the online admission process refer to the electronic files of candidates. If there is no electronic file of the college entrance examination and the Education Bureau has no relevant information at all, then there is no way to take the college entrance examination, let alone admit it.
