Rule number one The national scholarship for graduate students is the highest honor awarded by the state at the stage of graduate education. It aims to encourage graduate students to study hard and devote themselves to research, which is helpful to improve the quality of graduate education, attract high-quality students with development potential and stimulate the vitality of graduate education. In order to standardize the evaluation of postgraduate national scholarships, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Postgraduate National Scholarships and the Measures for the Evaluation of Postgraduate National Scholarships in Colleges and Universities, combined with the actual situation of our university.

Rule number two The national scholarship for graduate students is reviewed once a year, and all full-time (full-time study) graduate students who have China nationality and are included in the basic academic system of the national graduate enrollment plan are eligible to apply.

Chapter II: Award Standards and Basic Conditions

Article 3 The award standard for doctoral students is 30,000 yuan per student; The reward standard for graduate students is 20,000 yuan per student.

Article 4 The basic conditions for applying for a national scholarship for graduate students are:

(a) love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

(three) honest and trustworthy, good moral quality;

(four) excellent academic performance, remarkable scientific research ability and outstanding development potential.

Fifth in the academic year of awards, any of the following circumstances are not eligible to participate:

(a) not registered within the time stipulated by the school;

(two) the semester examination is unqualified;

(3) Retaining one's school status;

(four) the disciplinary action is still within the disciplinary period.

Chapter III Review Organization

Article 6 The school shall set up a leading group for the evaluation of graduate scholarships, which shall be composed of school leaders, heads of relevant functional departments and representatives of graduate tutors. The review leading group is responsible for formulating the review methods, formulating the quota allocation scheme, coordinating the leadership, coordination and supervision of the review work, and ruling the complaints of graduate students on the review results.

There is an office under the leading group for the evaluation of graduate scholarships in the school, which is located in the graduate work department and is responsible for the specific affairs of the evaluation of national scholarships for graduate students.
