I. Central Academy of Fine Arts
The Central Academy of Fine Arts is the only art college directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). There are six professional branches: Chinese Painting College, Modeling College, Design College, Architecture College, Humanities College and Urban Design College, with continuing education college and affiliated secondary art school.
The College is committed to building a modern art education discipline structure in which modeling, design, architecture, humanities and other disciplines support and influence each other, and plays a leading role in building an art education system with China characteristics in the new century. Second, China Academy of Fine Arts
China Academy of Art, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is the first comprehensive national art college in China, the earliest design institution in China, the birthplace of the earliest art revolutionary group in China, and the only national key discipline of fine arts in China. Built in 1928, it was called "Chinese Painting Academy" at that time. Because the National Academy of Art is well-known at home and abroad, it is the only Chinese art university recognized by UNESCO.
Third, Nanjing Art Institute.
Nanjing Art College, referred to as "Nanyi" for short, is the earliest independent art college in China, which continues to this day. It is one of the six major art colleges in China, the only comprehensive art college in Jiangsu Province, and a university jointly established by the Ministry of Culture and the Jiangsu Provincial Government.
Its predecessor was the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts founded by Mr. Liu Haisu, the founder of China Fine Arts Education, in 19 12. 1930 was renamed Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, with Mr. Cai Yuanpei as the chairman of the board of directors of Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts, and 1959 was named Nanjing Academy of Fine Arts. Tsinghua University (Tsinghua for short) was born in 19 1 1. It is named after Tsinghua Campus in the northwest suburb of Beijing, and is based on the "boxer indemnity" returned by the United States. Formerly known as Tsinghua School, the preparatory school for studying in the United States founded by the Qing government was renamed Tsinghua School the following year. In order to try to cultivate talents locally, 1925 established the undergraduate department, and 1928 changed its name to "National Tsinghua University". 1937 after the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the school moved south to Changsha, and jointly established the National Changsha Temporary University with Peking University and Nankai University. 1938 moved to Kunming and changed its name to National Southwest United University; 1946, moved back to the original site of Tsinghua campus to resume school.

Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, formerly known as Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, was founded in 1938 Yan 'an, Shaanxi, and was founded by Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other leaders of the older generation. 1945 college moved to the northeast, 1958 developed into Luxun Academy of Fine Arts.
Luxun Academy of Fine Arts is one of the eight major fine arts institutes in China, with two campuses in Shenyang and Dalian. The college campus covers a total area of 464 1, 8 1 square meter.
Seven, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts
Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, referred to as "Mei Tian", is located in the center of Tianjin and is one of the earliest public institutions of higher learning in China. Its predecessor was Beiyang Women's Normal School founded by China modern educator Fu Zengxiang on 1906. After several renaming, it was officially renamed Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts on 1980. In 2008, the college was approved as an innovative experimental area of national talent training model. It is one of the eight most influential art colleges in China and an important art education and research center in northern China.
Eight, Hubei Academy of Fine Arts
Hubei Academy of Fine Arts is the only multi-disciplinary and multi-level art college in Central China, China. Its predecessor was Wuchang Art School, founded in 1920, and later named as "Private Wuchang Art College" (referred to as Wuchang Art College for short). Wuchang Art College is the first modern private art education school in China. As one of the earliest art colleges in China and one of the birthplaces of modern higher art education in China, it has been 90 years.
