Record of University Speech: Part I
20xx165438+1October 28th, I participated in the "double high" class activities of the school. The teacher in the class is Mr. Wen Huaide from international trade, majoring in commodities. This lecture gave me a lot of inspiration. Now I will talk about my own shortcomings in teaching and my experience.
The main content of this lesson is about the application of product life cycle and economies of scale in international trade.
First of all, I was shocked by the careful preparation of lessons and the novel design. Teachers' unique teaching designs are often seen in lectures. By comparing the similarities and differences of product life cycles in China, the United States, Western Europe and Japan, the main contents of this lesson are introduced, which is more vivid and captures students' interest.
Second, attach importance to students' dominant position and make them the masters of the classroom. Because of the class in the lecture hall, the number of students is relatively large. However, Mr. Wen is still guiding students to interact and participate in classroom teaching, which is worth learning.
Third, focus on repeatedly emphasizing key points. When talking about the five stages of product life cycle, Mr. Wen repeatedly emphasized the principle of sequence and stage from the five stages of new product generation, growth, maturity, standardization and innovation withdrawal. Let students strengthen their understanding and memory in repeated subtle ways.
Fourth, rich professional background knowledge is the greatest charm. From Mr. Wen's class, it is not difficult to find that his professional background and basic skills are actually quite solid. As far as the content arrangement of yesterday's class is concerned, Mr. Wen's research on related knowledge is actually quite in-depth. It can not only explain the development process at home and abroad, but also show students that integrating theory with practice is more vivid.
I learned a lot from yesterday's lecture. I hope I can learn from Mr. Wen's advantages in class and apply them to my own teaching. At the same time, constantly improve their own quality, learn from experienced teachers, learn from others, make full use of all learning opportunities, compare and reflect more, improve their ability to control classroom teaching, and strive to become a "double high" teacher as soon as possible.
University attendance record Part II
165438+1October 15 Under the careful arrangement of the school, we were fortunate to observe the Chinese classes of two teachers in Mochou Campus of Nanjing Xiaozhuang College. They spoke very brilliantly, and I observed that these two classes benefited a lot. The following is my experience and harvest after observation.
First of all, I think these two teachers carefully designed the classroom teaching in advance, and they came prepared. Teaching design is a process in which teachers systematically plan teaching activities according to the teaching rules in order to achieve the expected teaching goals. Judging from the classroom teaching of these two teachers, I feel that they are well prepared. There are essential differences between the methods of teaching foreign students and those of teaching China students. Teachers can't copy what they teach China students to teach foreign students. Only by constantly innovating can they have a good teaching effect.
Secondly, both teachers pay attention to teaching introduction, which can fully arouse students' enthusiasm. The classroom atmosphere is very warm and the interaction effect is very good. Eye-catching prologue and activity design are both interesting and enlightening, not only fascinating, but also thought-provoking. A good lead-in can make students concentrate, have interest in learning and find the class interesting. Spoken Chinese is a difficult point for foreign students to learn Chinese. If this obstacle is overcome, it will be beneficial to their future Chinese learning. So in the classes of these two teachers, oral practice and listening practice account for a very large proportion. In the course of class, teachers will let students play different roles, perform different scenes and dialogues, and give encouragement and correction. This method makes the classroom atmosphere relaxed and active, and achieves twice the result with half the effort.
Finally, these two teachers are very natural and generous in their teaching attitude, very friendly to students, and treat students and themselves as equals, without the feeling of being superior to traditional teachers. I think this is very important. Only by treating students equally can students get close to you, like you and enjoy your class, and the teaching effect will be particularly brilliant. Especially for foreign students, they attach great importance to the equal relationship with teachers.
These are the feelings of two teachers in Mochou Campus of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University after class. I will keep the methods I have learned in mind and apply them to practice.
Record of University Speech: Part III
As a young teacher, it is one of the important ways for me to gain direct teaching experience by listening to old teachers and learning teaching work. Listen more, see more, think more, and sum up more to gain more. I gained a lot in the process of listening to the class.
First, the problems that should be paid attention to in class
1) Be fully prepared before class and observe the class order.
As the saying goes, "only comparison can make progress". How can we make a comparison? This requires you to prepare your own lessons before class. Indeed, I also had such an experience in the process of listening to lectures. I didn't know what my problem was until I prepared my lessons, so that I could take it to class, so that the class would be targeted and sound better. Besides, you should also know the courses and time periods before class, and try to sit in the classroom before the bell rings.
2) Be good at thinking in class.
"Listening to the class is with your head and questions, not with a pen." Simply recording the whole process of others' teaching can only be said to be a kind of duplication of work, because it is still someone else's thing without being "processed" by our own minds, and what we have learned is only a little scratch. The real core needs us to think and compare before we can dig it out.
3) Take the initiative to communicate with the instructor after class.
One is politeness, and the other is a good opportunity to ask questions. When I listen carefully, there are often several question marks in my mind: "Why did the teacher say that?" "What is the teacher's purpose in choosing this material?" "Why do you want to deal with textbooks like this?" These problems can be solved by communicating with teachers after class. Every teacher has his own teaching philosophy. Through in-depth communication, I often feel suddenly enlightened and don't stay in the embarrassing state of "knowing what it is but not knowing why". Sometimes I get some extra gains in communication. As the saying goes, "A word spoken by a gentleman cannot be recalled", and the importance of communication is self-evident.
4) Attend classes selectively, and don't attend classes blindly.
The selection of teachers for classes is mainly based on the following aspects:
On the one hand, it is reflected in the choice of teachers. The so-called "ginger is still old and spicy", this "old" can not be simply understood as old in age, but more refers to old teaching. Excellent old teachers often accumulate rich teaching experience, and they have more things to learn from. Listening to excellent teachers doesn't mean just listening to old teachers.
Some young teachers are also excellent in class. Their enthusiasm for class and some new teaching methods make it easier for us to learn. Here, I imitate a sentence of Confucius, which is simply "choose the good and follow it"!
The second aspect is embodied in the choice of listening theme. Every teacher has his own teaching style, and every subject has its own teaching characteristics. Listening more doesn't mean listening more. You should listen to all subjects. The different characteristics of each subject lead to many differences in its teaching characteristics and teaching models. Science values logic and rigor, while liberal arts values dialectical thinking and hybridity. For me, the subject I teach is computer. In addition to computer classes, I will also listen to some design courses, from which I can learn a way that suits me. Others listen selectively.
The third aspect is the choice of time. Listening more doesn't mean listening often. Too many lectures, leaving yourself insufficient time to think and summarize. Such a simple input seems to have a large capacity, but it rarely internalizes its own knowledge.
Second, the teaching experience after class
First of all, teachers' language should have artistic charm. After listening to so many classes, I found a common feature. When a teacher's language is more attractive, his class will be more active, students will be more active and the teaching effect will be better. In fact, teaching is an art, and teaching language is even more an art. Whoever can interpret it well can grasp the students' hearts. Sometimes similar metaphors will leave a deep impression on students and reflect the true charm of language. Words are dead, but teachers' thinking is alive and teachers' emotions are smart. As long as they are willing to spend time, the dead words will live. We don't want to reach the realm of witty remarks, but as teachers, we can't be stingy with one or two classic words. Classics often make a class colorful.
Secondly, teachers should pay attention to the process of students' knowledge generation. The new curriculum emphasizes the generation of knowledge. Students' knowledge generation is realized under the guidance of teachers, who refuse to rely entirely on themselves and require students to have more subjectivity. To do this, students' thinking plays a great role. Teachers can't think for students. Teachers should leave enough time for students to think. Teachers should never ask themselves and answer themselves because of time, so that the design questions are useless and have no due effect. If the generation of knowledge is replaced by "selling" or instilling ready-made knowledge, then this knowledge is dead or half-dead, which stifles the opportunity for students to exercise their thinking. In addition, in order to solve the problem of difficult textbooks and reflect the principle of returning to life, the new curriculum teaching also advocates the teaching mode of "content activities, activity content". Indeed, many teachers have tried activity teaching in actual teaching. However, from many teaching observations, I found that some teachers often only consider "how should I teach" and ignore the problem of "how should students learn" when designing activities. In fact, as a teacher, the guiding role should be brought into full play, but the purpose of guiding is mainly for students. Through this guidance, students can learn to learn, explore and construct knowledge by themselves, so as to realize the effective generation of knowledge.
These are some of my experiences and opinions in the lecture. By observing the teaching activities of different teachers many times, I have gained a lot of direct teaching experience and also seen my own needs for improvement. At the same time, I also put forward many questions for myself to think about. How can I effectively guide students? How to express it so that students can understand it? How to make students like my class? The purpose of attending classes and observing is to learn from others, constantly enrich themselves and improve their teaching level. I believe these gains will benefit me a lot.
