The first level is the junior of the five levels of pets. Can correctly use basic grammar knowledge, master about 1000 words and related phrases, and can communicate with foreigners in English with clear background, express greetings, thanks and exchange specific information.

The second level is the middle and lower level of the five levels of pets. I can use basic grammar knowledge properly, master about 2,000 words and related phrases, understand short dialogues or monologues with clear pronunciation and slow speech that are familiar in daily life, read notices, brief introductions and advertisements, and easy-to-understand English books or newspapers, and write diaries, letters, notices and notes.

The third level is the middle of the five levels of pets. Be able to use relevant grammar knowledge properly, master about 4,000 words and related phrases, understand general English conversations or discussions, read public notices, official letters and ordinary newspaper articles and books, write notes, letters, work memos, notices, applications, statements and summaries, and general descriptive, narrative and explanatory articles, and write relevant short articles based on simple charts or pictures.

Level 4 is the upper-middle level of level 5 pets. Master about 5,500 words and related phrases, be able to talk to foreigners in English in most situations of daily work and social life, understand most of the contents of English lectures, academic speeches or demonstrations, read business letters, technical specifications, overviews, newspaper articles and related books familiar with the profession, write business letters, briefings, abstracts, summaries and reading notes, and write general descriptive, narrative and explanatory articles to introduce yourself clearly.
