Because of the background of the world economic and financial crisis, major companies have laid off employees, and new employees are not allowed to enter. College graduates still have to graduate, and there is no way to delay graduation, so the contradiction between supply and demand is more prominent. However, for college students, the party and the government have given them great concern and attention because they feel alive, knowledgeable and ambitious. Entering the society, they don't want to let them douse such a passion to realize their ambitions. They hope to provide them with more protection and support in employment. They hope that such a group will not become a factor of social instability, but the main nuclear force of a social builder. Therefore, I hope that the two sessions will help employment.
In my opinion, the current world financial crisis has indeed brought employment pressure to college graduates, but it has not reached the point of fright. Because on the one hand, some enterprises are indeed reducing employment, but some enterprises are increasing employment, and some industries, such as real estate and construction, are really affected. Entrepreneurship is undoubtedly an effective way to avoid employment competition, which is more realistic than postgraduate entrance examination. Looking at the current entrepreneurial situation of college students, it is really not optimistic. Although many college students have a strong interest in self-employment now, they feel that self-employment is a good platform to express their talents, and they also have their own unique ideas about self-employment. At present, the society or colleges and universities begin to hold career planning competitions or entrepreneurship planning competitions to improve students' knowledge and understanding of employment or entrepreneurship in advance, and the effect is not good. After all, this kind of competition is only a competition, and it can't really help individuals to start their own businesses and provide some experience.
Therefore, in order to improve the ability of college students to adapt to society, we must make full preparations from psychological quality and skill preparation, and set up entrepreneurship education courses for college students. As suggested in the motion:

But there are also some problems that cannot be ignored.
