Mr. Wu is a famous expert in furniture research and design in Ming and Qing Dynasties. He is currently the vice chairman of China Arts and Crafts Association, the deputy director of China Traditional Furniture Professional Committee, the director of China Mingshi Furniture Association, the vice chairman of Guangdong Furniture Association and the chairman of China Taishan Wushi Xinglong Mingshi Art Furniture Co., Ltd. From 2003 to 2005, Wu won the gold medal of "China Traditional Furniture Fair" organized by China Furniture Association for three consecutive years, and won the special gold medal of "China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair" organized by China Ministry of People and Culture for many times from 2006 to 2009. In 2007, at the 13th China International Furniture Fair hosted by China Furniture Association, it won the highest honor-"China Furniture Design Special Award". In July 2009, he was awarded the "2008-2009 Design Art Achievement Award" jointly by China International Design Art Expo, Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts and China Building Decoration Association (5.26, 0. 12, 2.33%). The works designed and produced by Mr. Wu are collected by China National Museum, Beijing Gongwangfu and other institutions. Wu has been buying classical furniture since 1979. I have been working for 30 years, mainly engaged in the collection, research, design and production of Ming and Qing furniture. He has unique views on the shape, structure and cultural connotation of furniture in Ming and Qing dynasties, and puts forward the guiding theory of traditional furniture evaluation, design and production based on "type", "art", "material" and "rhyme". On the basis of this theory, after high imitation, improvement and innovation, a number of art furniture with Ming and Qing styles were designed. With the artistic characteristics of "exquisite style and profound rhyme, beautiful materials and art", the works are deeply recognized and respected by senior experts, scholars and collectors of traditional furniture in China. His works have been collected by major museums at home and abroad and won numerous awards in various exhibitions. His reputation and artistic achievements are numerous, which is really amazing.
