Deng Lu, born in 1984, is a professor, doctoral supervisor and dean of the School of Civil Engineering of Hunan University. The main research fields are: vehicle-bridge coupling vibration, vehicle dynamic weighing, artificial intelligence detection, prefabricated building structure. He has won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Hunan Province, the 2020 Young Teacher Award of Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation (the only young teacher in the field of civil structure), and was selected as one of the top 2% scientists in the world in 2002/KLOC-0.
